Good morning, y’all – happy Monday! By the time you read this I’ll be at the airport. Hopefully. Or…I’ll still be asleep cuz my flight was cancelled! As I type this on Sunday evening – my bags are pretty much packed and…I’m planning to get up at the crack-of-crazy to give it a shot to fly to Las Vegas for BackStage!! Fingers crossed!
My card today is super easy – and pulls out a couple of oldies-but-goodies – one of my faves, the Textured Notes stamp set and – one of EVERYONE’s faves – the Country Woods DSP. I added a little texture from the new Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder – take a look-see:

Today’s card is one that…you don’t often see from me – it’s a Shaker card! I know! Whoda thunk it? But – I was working thru the card that was in my head and all of a sudden – it was totally obvious that it NEEDED to be a shaker! It had started with the Prairie Grass stamp set – a window sheet – and some Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP. And it ended up….well, take a look-see:

As always, our event has FLOWN by – I’d swear I was JUST at the Atlanta airport. It’s been awesome and I can’t wait to share more new goodies and…whatnots and stuff!

Happy Happy Hawwmp Day!! It’s mid-week and…one week from me leaving on a jet plane to join a whole slew of other Stampin’ Up! demonstators in Houston for our Annual OnStage event! It’s going to be great to spend some time with friends – both old and new! We have about 25 total just from Amy’s, Jaimie’s and my teams going!! Whoo-hoo!! And – I’ll get to see (and order from!!) the new 2024-2025 Annual Catalog when I’m there, too! I can’t wait!
My card today – speaking of new! – features some products from the A Little Latte suite – which just went live to y’all yesterday! I’ve got sentiments, images and die cuts from the Latte Love bundle and a couple of papers from the A Little Latte DSP. And – this is a no-front-sentiment card – something that’s kind of fun to do every once in a while. Take a look-see:
Hello hello! Happy Sunday! We had a great time yesterday – ate some cake, chatted with friends, cheered over the game! Had to leave a little before the game ended to come home to feed ponies. And Finn!
The card I made yesterday is a clean-and-simple little number – it’s a silhouette card using the Sunkissed stamp set – I was feeling in a tropical mood, I guess! And I created a cool cloudy-sky effect using the Basic Borders Die set. Take a look-see:

Now – when I first saw this color combo, I was a little thrown. The colors just didn’t seem “right” to me and I couldn’t imagine how to put them together to look good!
And then I realized it….Mother Nature puts these colors together every single day! 🙂 So, I pulled out my Serene Scenery DSP Stack to be my inspiration and picked one of my favorite designs in that stack. I’d also been seeing some Z-Fold cards around on the internet/Pinterest, and wanted to try one of those, too. Since, at the time, I wasn’t mad at Duck Duck – I decided to add a Wetlands goose. On to the business at hand! I hope that your weekend is going well. I succeeded in sleeping all the way to 8am this morning! Whoo-hoo! Now, on Saturday night, I’m trying to stay up late to start getting into the schedule for next week. It’s some kind of swing/mid hybrid. Leave at 1:15pm or so and get back 12 hours later. Y-U-K! But there it is – and, in fact, it is what it is, so…. 🙂
I made a couple more cards to share with my stamper ladies this afternoon. This one is a Valentine’s Day card that uses the Botanicals For You set (from the Sale-A-Bration flyer – you can only get it as a free item with a $50 or better order!) and the Sky Is the Limit set – also a Sale-A-Bration item. This set is only available until the 15th of February, so if you love it, you need to jump on it right quick! Take a look-see:
Happy Friday, y’all! I’m counting down the days until I head out again – so am enjoying as much “at home” time as I can! Today was exciting – I got my hair cut.
No – that’s not the cause for excitement! When I got home – I had a box sitting by the gate that said “Stampin’ Up!” on the side! Oh my goodness, what fun THAT was to open! Stamps, and paper, and punches, and inks, and embellishments and more stamps and framelits…..wow. I surely did enjoy pulling those things out of that box!! 🙂

Good morning! Hope your last week before Christmas is going well – getting all your shopping and wrapping and house cleaning and stocking-stuffer-buying and guest-readying and tree-trimming done! I’m almost done here – just mailed two boxes of SU! stuff (the heavy things – paper, punches, ink pads, TIEFs and Thinlits-on-magnetic-cards) home to Atlanta. Just a few more days until I’m homeward bound! 🙂
