Stampin’ Up! Latte Love Stacked Cups Thanks Card

Good Sunday, y’all!  When you see this – I’ll be stirring in my hotel and starting to think about getting dressed and off to the airport.  As always, our event has FLOWN by – I’d swear I was JUST at the Atlanta airport.  It’s been awesome and I can’t wait to share more new goodies and…whatnots and stuff!

My card today is a highly caffeinatted little number – featuring the Latte Love bundle and A Little Latte DSP from the online exclusives.  I also did a little embossing with another online exclusive – the Fun Patterns Embossing Folders.  Take a look-see:

The fun layout is from the CASE The Designer challenge at the Global Design Project this week!

I made a quick video on how to make this one – and posted it Instgram this morning.  You can see it on YouTube right here!

I started by adhering a full size piece of A Little Latte DSP on the front of a Petal Pink card base using Liquid Glue.

Next, I added a panel of Calypso Coral cardstock with more Liquid Glue.

I set my two Pecan Pie panels in place on the Calypso Coral panel without adhering them yet.

Using the dies in the Latte Love bundle, I cut out five little Petal Pink cups.  Then I pulled out my Paper Snips and fussy cut three large cups from the DSP.  Then I dry-fit all the cups onto the card front.

Knowing where the cups were going to go, I used the single espresso bean image from the Latte Love set and stamped it around the cups in Early Espresso ink.

Then I embossed both panels in one of the new Fun Patterns Embossing Folders and adhered them to the Calypso Coral mat using Liquid Glue.

I adhered all the cups with Stampin’ Dimensionals – starting with the large cups – and then tucking the little Petal Pink cups in and amongst them!

On a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock, I stamped the Latte Love sentiment in Early Espresso and then cut the words apart with my Paper Snips.

I adhered the sentiment words with Liquid Glue – added a bunch of Adhesive-backed Swirl Dots and the card front was done!

On the inside, I adhered a strip of A Little Latte DSP on a Calypso Coral mat.  I matted a piece of Basic White on Calypso Coral – then adhered the DSP strip on the left side.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the completed panel into the Petal Pink card base and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got about a cup’s worth of Latte Love espresso beans in Early Espresso on the front…

…and some more of the A Little Latte DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I love coffee, don’t you?!?  And I love this Latte Love bundle (guess that’s why it’s named that, huh?!) and the A Little Latte DSP looks…yummy!!  It’s also so handy that you can use the dies in the bundle to cut out some cups – or…you can fussy cut the others (they’re easy peasy!).  The Fun Patterns Embossing Folders are cool, too – you get two folders that will work in the Mini Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine if you have one! 🙂
