Happy Happy Hawwmwp Day, y’all! Hope you’re having a great week! Wayne made a quick trip up to NC to do a little work at our spot up there – so…today is just me and the doggo’s and Cady! So – time in the craft room – and…eat what and when I want to! Booyaaa!!
I thought today would be a great day to give you a look see at the September 2026 Aspens of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin kit – I loved the sneaky peek of it so much that I was super anxious to open the box. And – the ten beautiful, Fall thank you cards that I ended up with sure did validate my eagerness. Take a look-see:
Happy happy Monday, y’all! Hope you’ve got a good week ahead of you! And if you’re up on the east coast….I’m hoping you haven’t been too slammed by the nor’easter! It’s been quite the storm! 🙁
Today’s card features the cute Woodland Wishes stamp set – a super cute Christmas set from the Online Exclusives. Everyday Arches and the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder bring it all home! Take a look-see:
Happy Happy Sunday, y’all! Hope you’ve had a great weekend so far! I spent yesterday getting all my things from the retreat and my new November 2026 Online Exclusives pre-order put away and organized! So – at least I’m now back to where I can start creating again without moving piles from one spot to another every time I need to use my cutter!!
Today’s card is the fun fold that I took for everyone to make at the Retreat – and it’s the FIRST in my 2026 Twelve Saturdays of Christmas Cards series! I used the darling Christmas Crew bundle and some Timeless Christmas DSP to make a fun gift card holder! Take a look-see:
Happy happy weekend, y’all! Fall is making a showing here in GA – I got home to cool weather and all the windows and doors wide open! Bliss! Fingers crossed that it stays that way – cuz…Fall is Georgia’s shining season, for sure. And…100% my fave!
Being that I’m home – AND this is the first day of my Twelve Saturday’s of Christmas Cards Series – I bet you can guess that we’re going to be doing a…Christmas card tonight! Whoo-hoo! I’ll be live tonight – at 7pm Eastern – over on my Stamps-N-Lingers YouTube channel with that one. Here’s a sneaky peek!
Good morning from…HOME! Yep – our 2026 Retreat is in the books – I’ll be sharing photos early next week – and everyone is getting back in the swing of things at home! As always, it was awesome and…we’re already looking forward to the next one!
Before I left for the retreat, I made a cool Z-Fold fun fold card that is ALSO a pretty Gift Card Holder. Birthday? Graduation? Just Because Day!? Yes to all of the above! It features the gorgeous Sunflower Fields DSP and the coordinating Radiant Sunflowers bundle. Take a look-see:
Good morning everyone! Welcome to this month’s Fun Fold Blog Hop for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators! We’ve got a talented line-up and…I think you’re going to like what you see! This is a once-a-month hop and…all our cards will be fun folds!! How cool is that?!?
Today’s card is a cool and easy fun fold – it’s a double z-fold card that I decorated with a little old…and a little new! I pulled a couple of pretty designs from the Paper Medley Mix-In DSP (the “old”) and then used the “new” Everlasting Thanks stamp set (coming on 1 Sept!). Take a look-see:
Good morning and happy Monday! Is that an oxymoron for you?! If it is – I am sorry!! 🙂
Today’s card is a Halloween card – I know. I wasn’t going to do more Halloween cards and then I saw the Design a Tag stamp set – coming new in the Sep-Dec 2026 Catalog on 1 Sept. It’s got fun little sentiments – and a super cute witch’s hat and….I had to use it! So I combined it with the Tile Garden die set – also coming new in the new catalog and some Frightfully Fun DSP (available right now!). Take a look-see:
Happy Half-way-thru the weekend, y’all! Hope it’s going well! Our company will arrive today and since I didn’t get as much cleaning done yesterday as I’d planned – you know what I’ll be doing this morning!! LOL
For today’s card, I went back to one of the very first techniques I used to make a card to share on this blog. It’s called Triple Time Stamping – and it’s super easy but looks totally cool! This one I did using the new Painted Pumpkins bundle – with the cool masks! – and the new Rustic Check 3D Embossing Folder – all of which are coming on 1 Sept in the new catalog. Take a look-see:
I started with three pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock that I stacked up on my work surface – securing them together with some re-positionable tape runner (that I got on Amazon and is really handy!).
At the bottom of the smallest – middle – panel, I stamped the sentiment from Painted Pumpkins (available 1 Sept) in Secret Sea Ink.
Using both of the pumpkin stamps in the set, I stamped all over in Secret Sea ink.
Then I used the masks and Small Blending Brushes to color the pumpkins.
– Mask 1: Flirty Flamingo
– Mask 2: Timid Tiger
– Mask 3: Golden Glow
I stamped the leaf image all over in Pool Party ink.
I pulled the small sentiment panel off and embossed the other two – still stacked – in the new Rustic Check 3D Embossing Folder (coming 1 Sept in the new catalog).
I adhered each of the panels to their Secret Sea mat using Liquid Glue. Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the middle panel to the largest.
Then I used the die in the Painted Pumpkins set to cut out four Pool Party leaves. I adhered them to the middle panel with Liquid Glue.
I tied a bow from two lengths of Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
I added the sentiment panel with double-stacked Black Stampin’ Dimensionals – added some Golden Glow Painted Patch Dots (in the Suite and available on 1 Sept) and the card front was done.
For the inside, I stamped a second Painted Pumpkins sentiment – and a couple of pumpkins in the corner – in Secret Sea ink. I used the masks again to color the pumpkins. Then I added a few more of the Golden Glow Painted Patch Dots.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Pool Party card base, popped the card front on with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Painted Pumpkins on the front…
…and a piece of the Painted Patch DSP (available on 1 Sept) on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Well – the more I play with all the pieces and parts of the Painted Pumpkins bundle – the more I love it! Stamped images – sentiments – perfect masks for coloring – and amazing die cuts – ALL make for so many possibilities for your projects! And, of course, the colors in the coordinating Painted Patch DSP are a wonderful place to start (and you CAN cut out a bunch of pretty pumpkins using the dies in the set – BOOM!).
I hope you like and…are adding to your gotta-get-it list for 1 Sept!
If you’d like to recreate this card, all the products and card cuts you’ll need are down below! And this is the card I made on yesterday’s Saturday Nite YouTube Live Video! If you’d like to see it – for the first time or again! – here ’tis!

And – remember the card I told you was one of my first? I used the Ornamental Pine stamp set – one of the very first SU! products I ever purchased – and one of my all-time faves! I actually made this in a hotel room in California – at Edwards AFB (it wouldn’t be the LAST card I made in a hotel room, for sure!). Made a whole set of them for my Mom! And – if you want a chuckle – check my oh-so-polished blog post (only the SECOND one I’d ever done!) on how I made it! 🤦♀️😂

Finn Fan Fix
Finn convinced Wayne to give him his water bottle on our walk back from the barn the other night.
He takes this mission VERY seriously!
Sometimes he stops to be sure there’s no deer.
All’s quiet, Mom! Continue mission.
Mission complete!
He’s a goofus – but…it was good to see him having fun!
