Happy Friday, y’all! Hope you’ve got a fun weekend planned. Or…a productive weekend! Whichever YOU need and want – I wish it for you! 🙂
My card today is not a Christmas card (although I kind of think with a different sentiment it COULD be!). It’s a thinking of you kind of card – perfect for having in your stash JIC you need one! The Memorable Blooms bundle – brand new in the Jan-Apr 2025 Mini Catalog (live to customers on 7 Jan 2025) is the star – but the new Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder (available on 7 Jan as a new Online Exclusive) plays a strong role! Take a look-see:
The holiday color palette is from The Paper Player color challenge this week.
I started by using the large frame die from the Memorable Blooms die set to cut right from the middle of a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.
Then I embossed it in the new Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder to complete the card front.
I placed the opening over another piece of Basic White cardstock and used a pencil to lightly outline the shape. That gave me an idea of where to stamp the large Memorable Blooms floral image.
I stamped that image in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
I used Cherry Cobbler, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends to color the image. Then I erased the penciled lines.
Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card front – using the die cut card front to help me adjust the panel so that the stamped image was where I wanted it in my “window”.
Then I used a generous number of Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the embossed card front over the image and onto the card front.
On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the Memorable Blooms sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink. I cut it out with the next-to-smallest Perennial Postage die.
I tied a simple bow from two lengths of new Gold Twisted Thread and then adhered it with a dab of Liquid Glue. I added the sentiment over the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I used little dabs of Liquid Glue to adhere five Tiny Bee Trinkets and the card front was done.
On the inside, I stamped a smaller floral from Memorable Blooms in Tuxedo Black on a piece of Basic White cardstock. Then I colored it with the Cherry Cobbler, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel inside the Thick Basic White card base and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the small Memorable Blooms in Tuxedo Black, Cherry Cobbler, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock on the front…
…and another foliage image from Memorable Blooms on the envelope flap – stamped in Tuxedo Black and colored with Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends.
Et Voila! Wow – the Memorable Blooms bundle is…stunning!! Such gorgeous images and sentiments in beautiful fonts. It’s truly got “all the things”! And the new Online Exclusive Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder is wonderful for adding perfect texture to your projects! Can’t WAIT for you to be able to get them all on 7 Jan!!

Finn’s idea of a perfect way to spend a couple hours in the afternoon.
Sun. About 50 degrees. Slightly damp ground. A root for his head.
Napping.

Such a pretty card Mary! The flowers are beautiful, love the white on white look too! Sounds like a perfect afternoon to me too Finn (well…other than laying on the ground). 🙂
Yeah – the ground isn’t for me – but…a nap in the sun? Yes, please! Thanks, Amy! 🙂
Such a gorgeous card, Mary. I’m loving the new-to-be stamp set and the embossing folder is just WOW!
YES! They’re both wunnermus! Thanks! 🙂
Fooled me! I read the post expecting to see the use of embossing paste. The new embossing folder is convincing.
Isn’t it?! I love this one! Thanks, Sharon! 🙂
Beautiful card ennsamble, once again. Your creations are always so inspiring. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Suzanne! 🙂
Such a sweet card. And I would love to have Finn’s life 😀
