I know you’re running around doing the post-Thanksgiving shopping but…try to shop Small Business as much as you can! What might not make much of an impact (financially speaking) to the big-box-stores can make a huge difference to a Small Business Owner!
It’s BLACK FRIDAY, y’all! Before you head to the stores – is that what you do?? I sorta stopped doing that a long time ago, but I’m not averse to letting my fingers and keyboard do some shopping today!! And I’m old enough to remember when the MONDAY following Thanksgiving was just…Monday. Now it’s CYBER Monday! So…two opportunities to shop-till-you-drop…in your pajamas!

My card today comes to you thanks to another good friend – and member of my Critters-N-Creatin’ Krew team – Susan Kuenzel! I got a fun envelope in the mail yesterday and it had a bunch of card cuts, a couple of sentiments and some twine and embellishments. And a little info on the fold. But no picture of the final project! So…I had a very enjoyable 45 minutes putting this diamond fold fun fold card together for you. Now – I told you I had Wayne send me a care package – and he did. But…I totally forgot to have him put any…uhm…STAMP SETS into the box! What the heck, Mary!? Fortunately – I did ALSO order two kits from Stampin’ Up! And so…tapping into my amazing and awesome ingenuity (I WAS A Girl Scout, after all!) – I combined a panel from the new Nature’s Paintings kit and a card base and envelope (and sentiment!!!) from the Alpine Air kit! Okay, you guys – I’m losing my brain! I started this blog post last night with “Happy happy Hawwmp Day, y’all! Hope you’re having a great week!”. And then I thought…wait. I wrote that YESTERDAY. So THEN I started worrying that I’d wished y’all a Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day on Tuesday. So – I double checked. I hadn’t messed up – yesterday WAS Wednesday. Today, however…is not! It’s Thursday! Sheesh. How quickly the brain loses track when the routine is upended, huh?!? 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
