Stampin’ Up! Forever Lifetime of Love Sneak Peek for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Celebrate!  Be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

I’m thinkin’ weddings and anniversaries are occasions to Celebrate, so…this card – which I think would work for either – is what I came up with!  It’s also a great opportunity to give you a Sneak Peek at the new Lifetime of Love bundle – and the stunning Gold Foil Flowers Cards & Envelopes – all part of the Forever Love Suite!  Take a look-see:

The layout was inspired by the MFT Wednesday Sketch challenge.

I started by cutting a Gold Foil Flowers Cards & Envelopes card in half to make a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel.  Using a Blending Brush, I colored the panel in Lost Lagoon ink.  When I was done, I used a paper towel to wipe any excess ink from the gold embossing.  Then I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the front of a Lost Lagoon card base.

Pretty, isn’t it?! And wait till you see the envelope! 🥰

Using Stampin’ Seal, I adhered a loop-d-loop of new Pretty Peacock & Gold 3/8″ Metallic Ribbon. This ribbon is perfect – and is part of the Forever Love Suite (so…you can get it on 4 Jan!).

On a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped the Lifetime of Love sentiment in Moody Mauve.  I cut it out with the middle rectangle in the Scalloped Contours die set. I adhered it over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the pretty floral from Lifetime of Love in Versamark Ink on a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock, sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder and heat set it with the Heat Tool.  When it was cool, I cut it out with the coordinating die in the bundled Lifetime of Love dies.

Y’all – just so you know – several of the dies in the set cut out gold-foiled flowers and leaves from the Forever Love Specialty DSP!

I adhered the embossed and die cut image to the corner of the sentiment with Liquid Glue.

I used the flower-dy oval frame from Lifetime of Love to cut out a Gold Foil frame – but..I used Paper Snips to trim the frame off – leaving just the flowers.

I used Liquid Glue – sparingly! – to adhere the Gold Foil flowers to the card front.

Finally, I added some NEW Petal Pink gems from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems (yep – coming on 4 Jan!) and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped a second Lifetime of Love sentiment in Moody Mauve on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. In the corner, I added the floral in Pretty Peacock ink.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Petal Pink mat and into the Lost Lagoon card base and the card was done.

The matching envelope from the Gold Foil Flowers Cards & Envelopes got the Lifetime of Love floral in Pretty Peacock on the front…

…and absolutely NOTHING on the envelope flap. Cuz…it’s already gorgeous – right out the package!

Et Voila!  Wow – this is such a gorgeous suite – the gold foiling – combined with some of my favorite colors in the Forever Love Specialty DSP is…just amazing!  Paired with the Lifetime of Love bundle – and the stunningly elegant Gold Foil Flowers Cards & Envelopes – this is going to be a Suite to get ahold of quick as you can!
