Stampin’ Up! Filigree’d Farmhouse Christmas

Happy happy Halloween-y Hawwwmp Day! The week is fixin’ to slide into the downhill run to the weekend!  Whoo-hoo!

Hopefully all your little ghoulies, ghosties and goblins are ready for some trick-or-treating tonight!

Here on Stamps-N-Lingers, though, it’s Christmas!

My card today uses an easily-missed little set in the Holiday Catalog called Flourish Filigree.  I think this sentiment is so pretty and it coordinates with the Pretty Label Punch.  And then I set it atop some Festive Farmhouse DSP.  Take a look-see:

I used Washi Tape and Twine thanks to the TGIF Product Spotlight challenge this week!

I started with a piece of Very Vanilla and ran two strips of golden starred Suite Season Specialty Washi Tape across it, then matted it on Garden Green with Liquid Glue.

The center panel is some Festive Farmhouse DSP, matted on Garden Green.  I wrapped some Very Vanilla Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine around three times and then popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the Flourish Filigree sentiment on Very Vanilla.  I did this using my Stamparatus and inking the stamp with my Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green Stampin’ Write Markers.  I fussy cut the sentiment because I wanted it smaller than the Pretty Label Punch would give me.

I used that punch to cut a Gold Foil mat and popped my sentiment onto it with a couple of Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I pulled out my Snowfall Thinlits (available on 1 Nov – and in a special Stamps-N-Lingers Bundle!)to cut a few Gold Foil berries and Pretty Pines to cut Garden Green pine boughs.  These are artfully arranged and adhered to the card front with Liquid Glue.

Then I popped the matted sentiment on with more Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a double-length bow from the Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine and adhered it with a Glue Dot.  I added some Santa’s Workshop Enamel Shapes – white dots that I colored with my Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blend – and the card front was done!

On the inside, I added a second sentiment from Flourish Filigree in Cherry Cobbler ink on a Very Vanilla panel and added a couple of Garden Green Santa’s Workshop Enamel Shapes.  Across the bottom I ran two more strips of Suite Season Specialty Washi Tape and a narrow piece of the Festive Farmhouse DSP.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Garden Green mat and into my Cherry Cobbler card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got some more of the Washi Tape across the front…

…and more of the Festive Farmhouse DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Flourish Filigree has several very nice sentiments on top of the large-and-lovely Flourish that is it’s namesake!  Don’t miss it!  Hope you like.
