Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Garden on Earth Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all!  It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a Theme challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table.  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I’ve been waiting till we got closer to the launch of the new Sept – Dec 2025 Mini Catalog to use new products from it – but – I can’t wait another minute!!  I think we’re close enough, don’t you?!  Today’s card is a sneaky look at the new Peaceful Garden Suite – with the gorgeous Peace on Earth bundle – and a coordinating stamp set called Peaceful Days!  I used them to make a Sympathy card.  Take a look-see:

And – here’s our theme challenge!

I started by embossing a Secret Sea panel in the new (available on 3 Sept!) Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder.  Then I scraped my Whisper White ink pad across the embossed pattern to lighten it up.

When it was dry, I adhered a 2 7/8″ x 4 3/8″ piece of the new Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper – in gray – to the panel using Liquid Glue.

I cut a 3″ x 4″ piece of Peaceful Garden DSP – part of the suite and available on 3 Sept – and then cut it into four 1″ x 3″ pieces.  I adhered them equidistant on the Glimmer paper rectangle using Liquid Glue – keeping the pattern intact.

On a piece of Secret Sea cardstock, I stamped the Peace on Earth sentiment in Versamark ink.  Then I sprinkled it with white Basics WOW! Embossing Powder and heat set it with the Heat Tool.

When it had cooled – I cut it out with the smaller label die from the Peace on Earth die set and adhered it with Liquid Glue.

I used the die in the Peace on Earth set to cut out a Basic White dove and the smaller die to cut out a Basic Beige “envelope”. I adhered the envelope to the backside of the dove’s beak with Liquid Glue – then popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a piece of Basic Beige cardstock, I stamped the Peace on Earth sentiment in Secret Sea ink and cut it out with scissors.  Then I adhered it to the dove with Liquid Glue.

I added three pale blue Hues of Blues Flowers (ALSO part of the Suite and available on 3 Sept) and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from Peace on Earth in Secret Sea ink on another design from the Peaceful Garden DSP.  In the corners, I stamped the leaf from the coordinating Peaceful Days set – NOT part of the Suite but also available in the new catalog on 3 Sept – three times in Secret Sea – without re-inking between stamps.  I also stamped the smaller flower image from the set in full strength Secret Sea ink.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Garden on Earth Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop - Stamps-N-LingersI used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Secret Sea card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Peaceful Days leaves and flower on the front…

…and more of the Peaceful Garden DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This is SUCH a beautiful Suite – it’s got so many possibilities – Christmas, sympathy, friendship, good luck! – and it is stunning!  The Peaceful Garden DSP sets the tone – with gorgeous Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper to go with.  The Peace on Earth bundle – with the versatile sentiments – and the wunnermus die cuts (I LOVE the doves!) is simply wunnermus!  While not part of the Suite – the Peaceful Days stamp set offers coordinating images and sentiments that your’e going to want to have!
