Good morning and happy Happy Hawwwmp Day! Hope your week is going well! We’ve been getting some rain – so…it’s nice cuz it’s knocked the pollen down some. I was happy that we got a clear day on Monday for the eclipse, though!
My card today uses some fun new products in the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. It started with the wonderful set of ready-to-go-and-beautifully-decorated Sunny Springs Cards & Envelopes – and then I decorated it with several elements from the new Labels & Layers Ephemera Pack AND the Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack! I added a sweet sentiment from the returning-fave So Sincere stamp set. Take a look-see:
The layout for this one was loosely inspired by the current As You See It sketch challenge!
You might notice the card front – that’s ACTUALLY one of the new Sunny Springs Cards – I loved it enough to cut it into TWO card-front sized pieces! I matted it on Soft Sea Foam to make a gorgeous card front!
Then – I DOVE into the two Ephemera Packs. Ephemera is a fancy name for fun-things-to-decorate-cards-with!! We’ve got FOUR new ones in the 2024-2025 Annual and each is chock-a-BLOCK filled with a collection of laser-cut crafting elements. Each piece looks like a die-cut, and all you have to do is remove the image from the sheet and adhere it to any card base (or scrapbooking page) with your fave adhesive!
The two I used (since I was able to pre-order them!) were the Fully Flowering and Labels & Layers Packs. I used Liquid Glue to adhere some to the card front…
Those “four” straight die cuts (from Labels & Layers) are actually TWO that I snipped in half and separated. That way I could save the others in the pack for another time!
I tied a bow from two pieces of Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine and adhered it with a Glue Dot.
Then, I stamped a sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on another fun label die cut (from the Labels & Layers Pack). 😎
I adhered it over the other die cuts and bow with double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals
I colored a Paper Butterfly Accent with my Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends. Then I used the Light Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend to color the body.
I adhered him to the label/sentiment with Liquid Glue.
Finally, I added some Adhesive-backed Solid Gems and the card was done!
Look, ma! No die cutting required! Yeah!
For the inside, I adhered another little flower die cut from the Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack onto a Basic White panel using Liquid Glue.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Soft Sea Foam mat and into my Copper Clay card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals – and the card was done!
Now – get ready…I didn’t decorate my envelope.
GASP!!!!
But – it’s STILL gorgeous – cuz the Sunny Springs Cards & Envelopes INCLUDES beautiful envelopes!

Tuesday was catalog-pack-up-and-mail day!
It was all hands – and paws!! – on deck!
Everyone pitched in.
Some….
…more than others. 🤷♀️
But – he swung into gear…and did his part.
Well – he MIGHT have just heard Wayne open a peanut-butter cracker wrapper. But…that’s not pertinent here…
Quality control is CRITICAL – and he’s the man for the job.
They look good and…taste good?
Surely not…
Then it was time for the glamour shot…
…and to head to the mail.
He loves his job so much!

We’d missed the mail at home so we were hurrying to the shipping spot nearby.
Wayne started toting boxes into the shop (she might have had a mini-stroke seeing them come in!)….
Finn was first to notice….
…the USPS truck pull up for the LAST pick-up of the day!!
Wayne changed up and loaded right into the mail truck.
How’s THAT for timing, y’all!? It was obviously MEANT that your catalogs went out the same day!! Whoo-hoo!
