Mornin’, y’all! By the time you read this, we should be on our way north a bit. Our friend, Matt – you’ve heard me talk about the twins – just closed on his very first house!! And we’re headed up with his parents to take the last of their furniture to him. What a smart young man he is – bought a solid little house (in his price range!!) – that he and his brother and girlfriend (his brother’s – not his!) can live in now. Saves them tons of rent, is close to the Vet School (for Chris) and, when they leave, will be an awesome little rental property.
And – they’re like…24? 25?
Wish I’d been that smart at their age. I’d have wasted a lot less money on rent! 🙂

I’m not even going to explain this picture. I don’t think it needs any words.
Okay – maybe it does need a little narrative – lest you be misled as to the possible point of the picture.

Can’t wait! That Finnmeister…what a sweetie. I wonder if our Tini would like that tent when it thunders. She either slinks off to her spot behind my stamp storage drawers OR if she’s on the lanai, she hides behind the washer or dryer. First drop of rain on the aluminum roof and she’s bookin’! The cat on your card doesn’t look scared at all 🙂
My little kitty likes it best. She lays in it and watches the goings-on in the living room! Keeps a close eye on that darned dog! 🙂
