Good morning and Happy Monday! Can you believe it’s almost the end of March? I don’t know about you but…I’m loving the ever-growing number of daylight minutes – it’s the best part of this time of year. I LOVE when it stays light until late!!
Today’s card has exactly nothing to do with Spring, really! Instead – it’s a Sneak Peek at a new May 2026 Online Exclusive that I think y’all are going to simply love – and will be eager to get on 5 May 2026 when it all goes live! Especially any of you Disney fans. Or…those of you who knew-without-asking what “TTFN” means! 🙂 It’s the new Silly Old Bear suite – and it’s all Winnie the Pooh themed everything! Silly Old Bear DSP plus the Sweet Friends (all images) bundle and the coordinating Sweet Words & Labels (all-sentiments) bundle. I pulled it all onto a sweet and simple card for you today – take a look-see:

I started by adhering a piece of the new Silly Old Bear DSP to the front of my Very Vanilla card base using Liquid Glue.
I adhered a 2″ wide strip of another pattern in the Silly Old Bear pack using Liquid Glue and then trimmed the excess. Remember – that’s my tip for making sure that edge-to-edge strips truly go edge-to-edge with no gaps!
I used the die in the Sweet Words & Labels die set (available on 5 May) to cut out one of the sweet little vignettes in the Silly Old Bear DSP. Note – the DSP also has a ton of images that are cut right out with the dies in the Sweet Old Friends set – BOOM!!
Using the next largest die in the set – I cut out an Early Espresso cardstock label. I adhered the DSP label to it using Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered the whole thing to the card front with Liquid Glue.
On a 5/8″ x 2″ strip of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped the Sweet Words & Labels sentiment in Early Espresso ink. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Liquid Glue on the left end and a Stampin’ Dimensional on the right.
I tied a small bow from Linen Thread and adhered it with a little Liquid Glue.
I used the dies in the Sweet Old Friends die set to cut out three hunny pots – two from Cajun Craze cardstock and one from Early Espresso cardstock. Then I used the hunny die in the set to cut out three from new Golden Glow cardstock (available on 5 May with the ink pad, refill and Stampin’ Blends!).
Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the “hunny” to the tops of the pots.
I added the hunny pots to the card front with Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finally – it add to be done – I added some Tiny Bee Trinkets with Mini Glue Dots and the card front was done!
On the inside I stamped a wonderful sentiment from Sweet Words & Labels in Early Espresso on a Very Vanilla panel. In the corner I stamped a sweet image from Sweet Old Friends in Early Espresso. I colored Pooh with the Light Golden Glow Stampin’ Blend. I colored Piglet with the Dark Petal Pink and Dark Hydrangea Hue Stampin’ Blends.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the card base and the card was done!
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Sweet Old Friends image stamped and colored on the front…
…and more of the Silly Old Bear DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Oh my goodness – this is such a wonderful Suite! I love all the images and dies in the Sweet Old Friends bundle – and the sentiments – with the TON of pretty label dies to go with – in the coordinating Sweet Words & Labels bundle – will let you send whatever message of love and friendship you like. Add the Silly Old Bear DSP – with its familiar faces and pretty B-side designs (AND the ability cut out so many images using the Sweet Old Friends dies) and …this one is a WINNER WINNER Chicken Dinner!!
