Stampin’ UP! Beautiful Gallery Motifs Celebrate Card

Happy Monday, y’all.  Hope you had a great weekend and are all ready for June!  And – speaking of June…there’s a SUPER cool special on Suites and all-things-in-Suites starting tomorrow – and…I MIGHT have a little surprise for you, too.  Just sayin’! 😉

ALSO – for when you DO order – you’ll be getting my Zoom the Craftroom Links again!  Yep – those are starting back up this month – and our first session will be today at 2pm Eastern time!!  I can’t wait!

Now – my card today is a quick and easy one – that uses some elements from the new Gallery Blooms Suite in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog.  Which means – you MIGHT want to order the whole shootin’ match tomorrow!  For this card – you’ll for sure need the Beautiful Motifs bundle, Gallery Blooms stamp set and Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP!  Take a look-see:

Stampin' UP! Beautiful Gallery Motifs Celebrate Card - Stamps-N-Lingers

The layout for this one is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week.

I did a quick video on how to make this pretty card, which is posted on Instagram.  If you’d like to give that a watch – click here!

I started with a 3 5/8″ x 5 1/8″ piece of Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP.  From the bottom – I cut off a 1 1/2″ wide strip.  Then I adhered both pieces to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic Beige cardstock – keeping a “normal” reveal at the top and bottom – to create the gap in the middle.

I matted a smaller piece of the DSP (it happens to be the flip side of the first design) on a piece of Basic Beige cardstock and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used the pretty leaf die (I LOVE this die so much!) from the Beautiful Motifs die set to cut out a Lost Lagoon and a Basic Beige leaf.

I adhere the leaves to the card front with little dots of Liquid Glue – putting the Basic Beige leaf down first.

I used my Light Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blend to color a length of White Baker’s Twine and then tied a simple bow from it when it had dried.

I adhered the bow with a little Liquid Glue.

On a piece of Basic Beige cardstock, I stamped the Beautiful Motif sentiment in Secret Sea ink and cut it out with a Stylish Shapes banner die.

I popped the sentiment over the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added some Timid Tiger 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped a pretty floral from the Gallery Blooms stamp set in Secret Sea in the bottom corner of a Basic White panel.  I colored it with the Light Lost Lagoon, Light Peach Pie and Light Timid Tiger Stampin’ Blends.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Timid Tiger card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Gallery Blooms floral on the front…

…and more Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP on the envelope flap.

Finn Fan Fix

Finn loves getting a drink from the hose.

Addy still isn’t having any part of that.

Ewww.  Hose water!

Such a pretty card Mary! Love the mix of designer papers and the die cut pieces are perfect! 🙂 Poor Addy, she has no idea what she’s missing! 🙂

    • stampsnlingers

She’ll soon learn, I suspect – she’s game for almost anything! Thanks, Amy! 🙂

  2. Mary Katherine Knipp

Great card, and it’s in the catalogue. Thank you.
Also, when I was just a mere child, we used to drink out of the
garden hose too! And I lived to tell the story.
    Blessings

This is one of the prettiest cards I have ever seen. Now I have to make a few! Thanks, Mary. Just gorgeous!

This is my fave DSP from the pack. Love your card. Oh, yes, I too remember drinking from a hose. I wouldn’t do it in today’s world! Perhaps Addy would like it without the sprinkler head.

    • stampsnlingers

LOL! I wouldn’t either but…mostly cuz I really am not a fan of water! Give me a cold Diet Mt. Dew any day! Thanks so much, Karen! 🙂

  5. Your background paper is gorgeous! Love the diecuts! Perfect colour choices! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
