Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty Sneak Peek Sympathy Card

Happy Happy Last-Hawwwmp-Day of 2023!  WOW!  Can you even?!? Crazy!

I hope you’re recovered from The Big Day and The Big Day After!  I DID go out yesterday but..not to shop – it was to take my computer in for yet another repair.  Is there a lemon law for computers??  If not – there should be!! 🤷‍♀️

My card today is a sneak peek of a beautiful stamp set that you’re going to be able to pick up in about…a week and a half!  Yep – on 4 Jan – the Enduring Beauty stamp set – there’s actually a whole bundle that includes dies and builder-masks! – will be available for you! Today – I only used the stamp set – and it made for a quick and easy and gorgeous – card.  Take a look-see:

Now, to me, this reads as a sympathy card and that’s what I’m calling it.  But – I think you could use it to send to anyone who just needs to know that you’re there for them! And you could always pick one of the four other pretty sentiments in the set to change up the purpose entirely! 🙂

I started with a Pretty Peacock card base and, on the front, I stamped the large and gorgeous floral image from Enduring Beauty all over in Versamark Ink.  I didn’t add any embossing powder – so it yields a lovely tone-on-tone look!

On a smaller Pretty Peacock panel, I stamped the floral one time in Versamark ink.  This time, I DID sprinkle it with white Embossing Powder and heat set it with the Heat Tool.

Using Stampin’ Seal+, I adhered a length of Lost Lagoon 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon to the panel.

Then I used Black Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the panel to the card front.

On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from Enduring Beauty in Pretty Peacock ink.  Then I used the smallest rectangular die from the Nested Essentials die set to cut it out.

I popped the sentiment over the ribbon with more Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using a Dark Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blend – I colored a few white Neutrals Adhesive-backed Sequins.  Then I added them – and some uncolored white sequins – to the card front and the card front was done!

On the inside, I simply stamped the Enduring Beauty image in Pretty Peacock ink on a Basic White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Lost Lagoon mat and into the card base and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Enduring Beauty floral on the front…

…and on the envelope flap, too!

Et Voila!  The Enduring Beauty stamp set is just gorgeous – that floral image alone is stunning!  But look at the array of sentiments that you can select from – and in such pretty fonts!

And – the bundle has dies and builder-masks (remember the Abundant Beauty masks?  Same idea) that work together and with the stamp set.  I can’t wait to dig deeper into the whole bundle!
