Stampin’ Up! Biggest Wish Eden’s Garden Sneak Peek Birthday with Video Tutorial

Good morning, y’all!  Hope you’re enjoying your weekend.  Do you realize that this time NEXT weekend is our first day back to the much-hated (at least by me!) Standard Time?!  Might I just say…BLEH!! 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️  Feeding in the dark morning AND night is…BLEH!  Just sayin’.

If you were able to join me last night for my Facebook Live video, I appreciate you spending part of your weekend with me!  If not – but you’d like to see the replay on YouTube, here ’tis!

For this one, I combined a little NEW (the Eden’s Garden Bundle, Ever Eden Specialty DSP and Ever Eden Cotton Paper) and a little old – the Biggest Wish stamp set.  And I used my current most-favoritest-color-combo, too!  Take a look-see:

The fun layout is from the SugarPea Designs challenge.

I started by cutting two of the Ever Eden Specialty DSP triangles using the largest right triangle die in the Stitched Triangles Die set.  I adhered them to a Basic White panel – then adhered the whole thing to a Polished Pink mat for the card front.

I stamped the Biggest Wish sentiments in Soft Succulent (“HAPPY”) and Evening Evergreen (“birthday) in the middle of the panel.

Using the leaf die from the new Eden Die set – this will be available to you on 2 Nov (that’s the day after tomorrow!) – to cut a Soft Succulent Ever Eden Cotton Paper (coming on 2 Nov and LEAVING again on 3 Jan – or quicker if it runs out!!) leaf.  I also cut two leaves from the gold paper in the Gold & Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper.

Using Liquid Glue, I adhered the three leaves in the top left corner of the card front.

I adhered some Polished Pink Loose Flower Embellishments with Glue Dots – by the sentiment and on top of the leaves.

I tied a little bow from the white twine in the Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack and adhered it with a squished-up Glue Dot.  And…the card front was done!

For the inside, I stamped the large floral from Eden’s Garden in Soft Succulent.  Over the top, I added an Eden’s Garden sentiment in Evening Evergreen.  I stuck a tiny Polished Pink Loose Flower Embellishment next to it!

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Polished Pink mat and into my Evening Evergreen card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Eden’s Garden floral image on the front in Soft Succulent…

…and more Ever Eden Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I LOVE the Biggest Wish stamp set – SO many combinations of sentiments that you can put together for whatever occasion you need!  And..the new Eden’s Garden bundle (which will be available on 2 Nov – AND in the Jan – Jun 2022 Mini Catalog!) is wunnermus!  Add some Ever Eden Specialty DSP and Ever Eden Cotton Paper and…yes, please!

I hope you like!

Finn Fan Fix

Yesterday I finally got over to my friend’s to help hold puppies!

Before I left, I asked Finn his opinion on a new brother or sister.

It was a pretty quick and unequivocal…NOPE!  So…I kept myself from sticking a puppy in my pocket when I left.

But it.  Was.  HARD!

Here’s two – the little black puppy is sleeping on Jan.  And the little Fox Red girl is in my lap.

There are SEVEN more equally adorable little munchkins! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

As I was getting ready to come home – and Jan was frisking me and counting tails!! – it was chow time!

They start in the tote…it’s like the staging area.

Do the math – 9 puppies – 8 feeding stations (and one is offline due to a bout of mastitis).  So…there has to be some…metering! 😉

I took a whopping 4 1/2 min of the frenzy.

Enjoy!

  1. I love the colors, the DSP, the design…everything! Sorry I missed you. I had a Zoom dinner meeting with my daughter and son-in-law. We did it like we did with the Italian couple. I provided the cocktail recipe and they provided the scallop recipe. 2 hours went by quickly…such fun! The puppies are so cute. It’s nice to be able to hold them and not have to train them! Have a blessed day.
