Stampin’ Up! Peachy Biggest Wish In Your Words with Video Tutorial

Good morning, y’all!  We’re mid-way thru the weekend and I hope that you’ve had a good one so far!

If you were able to join me last night for my Facebook Live video, then I thank you very much for spending a little time with me.  If not – but you’d like to see how to make this card (well – sort of!) here’s the link to the video on YouTube!

This card today – in the blog post (the video is different!) – uses the cool Biggest Wish stamp set and You’re a Peach DSP (both from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog) plus the In Your Words stamp set (this is the one you can get for free during Sale-A-Bration with a $300+ order!.  And it’s a super easy design – that can be adapted to lots of different kinds of cards.  Take a look-see:

And the color palette is from the Global Design Project challenge.

This card is really made possible by the Stamparatus – and using it also means that you can make a bunch of them if you need them!

I used the largest right-triangle die in the Stitched Triangles Die set to cut two pieces of You’re a Peach DSP.

Then I placed them – and a Basic White panel – into my Stamparatus – using the magnets to hold everything in place.

I stamped the “Happy” from the Biggest Wish stamp set in Pale Papaya – then added the “birthday” over the top in Balmy Blue.  Tip: once you have the two stamps all lined up and on your acrylic plate on the Stamparatus – leave them there!  That way you can make however many card fronts you want! 🙂

I picked everything up from the Stamparatus and adhered the Basic White panel to a Balmy Blue mat using Stampin’ Seal.

Then I popped the two die cut triangles in place with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a Pale Papaya gem from the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels and the card front was done.

And it was so easy…I made another one!

On the inside, I again used my Stamparatus and the new and awesome In Your Words stamp set to add a sentiment to a Basic White mat.  I did it two ways.  On the first liner, I used the Marker-to-stamp coloring technique to color part of the sentiment with my Pale Papaya Stampin’ Write Marker and the remainder of the sentiment with my Balmy Blue Marker.  Then I added a Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Jewel.

On the second liner – I inked and stamped the sentiment in Balmy Blue – and added the Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Jewel.

For both cards, I used Stampin’ Seal to adhere the panel to a Balmy Blue mat and into my Pear Pizzazz card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got two more sentiments from Biggest Wish on the front…

…and more of the You’re a Peach DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  If you need a few (or a bunch!) of cards, this Biggest Wish stamp set is a good one to pick up!  Lots of combinations of sentiments to use! And the Stamparatus makes it so easy to make as many you need.  Whatever paper you like will work great – You’re A Peach DSP is so pretty and summery, don’t you think??

Heartfelt Wishes and Gingerbread & Peppermints DSP – in red and green!

Like the original – it’s easy to change up the look just by using a different designer paper.  What’s cool is that you can get a card front and envelope from one 6″ x 6″ piece of DSP!
