Stampin’ Up! Daisies and Artistically Inked Butterfly Fun Fold – and Ordering Special NEWS!

Well – good morning, y’all!  It’s my Birthday today!  Yep. I’m 29!  Plus Next-Day-Expedited-Overnight-Special-Handling! 😉  It’s true – I’m old enough to be Finn’s Mom! 😂

I’ve got a pile of cards waiting for me – and some packages – and I’m very much looking forward to opening each and every one today!  I’ll post pics of my goodies soon!!

My Fun Fold card today contains a few things that you MIGHT want to add to your list!  I’ve got the Daisy Lane – and old fave – and the new Artistically Inked stamp sets.  With some gorgeous Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP and…a couple of Brilliant Wings die cuts!  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one comes from the sketch side of the FUSION challenge.

I started with a piece of the stunning Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP that I matted on Pale Papaya for the large card front.  This fun fold is really a small tent card atop a larger tent card – easy peasy!  I adhered the matted panel to the front of my larger Polished Pink card base with Liquid Glue.

The small card is another piece of Polished Pink.  It’s card front is a panel of Basic White, on which I stamped the Artistically Inked sentiment in Evening Evergreen, then matted on Pale Papaya.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere a gold hexagonal die cut from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack to the small panel – then I adhered it to the front of a small Polished Pink cardbase.

I stamped the small flower from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Pale Papaya on Basic White and cut them out with the Medium Daisy Punch.  I also punched out two more flowers from some Pale Papaya 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum.

I adhered each of the cardstock daisies to a Vellum daisy with Liquid Glue.

Using the Brilliant Wings die set, I cut a solid small butterfly from a piece of Mango Melody Ombre Specialty Paper.  I cut the matching detailed butterfly from a piece of Polished Pink 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum – and used a Glue Dot to adhere them together.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere leaves from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack to the small card front.  Then I added the two daisies.  Finally – I popped the layered butterfly over top with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

I added some Polished Pink 2021-2023 In Color Jewels and a few of the adhesive-backed sequins from the Ephemera Pack and the little card front was done.

For the inside of the small card, I stamped a sentiment from Daisy Lane in Evening Evergreen on a small Basic White panel.   In each corner I added the Daisy Lane leaf in Soft Succulent – stamping it twice without re-inking.  Then I added a few Polished Pink 2021-2023 In Color Jewels.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a small Pale Papaya mat and into the small card.

For the inside of the larger card base, I stamped the Daisy Lane leaves again in Soft Succulent on a Basic White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to its Pale Papaya mat and into the large card base and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got more Daisy Lane leaves on the front…

…and more of the Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Suuuuuuper easy fun fold – with lots of real estate to decorate AND write a personal note!  I love the Daisy Lane images and sentiments and the Artistically Inked set brings lovely sentiments as well!  There’s no denying the gorgeousness of the Expressions in Ink Specialty DSP, is there?  And…no flower is complete with a butterfly, courtesy of the Brilliant Wings dies! 🙂
