Stampin’ Up! Layered With Kindness Thank You

‘Sup, y’all??  Hope you’re enjoying a three-day weekend!  🎶🎵🎶Happy Birthday, Mr. Presssideeeeeeentttt…… 🎵🎶🎶  🙂

My card today uses the new Layered with Kindness stamp set, with the coordinating Label Me Fancy and Label My Lovely Punches.  I added a little Parisian Flourish Embossing, just for ducks.  Take a look-see:

I started with a piece of Whisper White that I embossed in the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, then matted on Highland Heather for the card front.  The next layer is a strip of Smoky Slate checked paper from the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP, matted on Highland Heather and adhered with Liquid Glue.

I wrapped a length of Mint Macaron 1/8″ Sheer Linen Ribbon around the DSP panel, securing it in the back with Glue Dots.

For the art panel, I stamped the beautiful DistINKtive leaves image from the Layered in Kindness set in Mint Macaron on a piece of Whisper White.  I stamped the leaves twice without re-inking, then turn the paneled 180 degrees and stamped them from that direction – again twice without re-inking.  Using the sweet little flower image, I stamped a few times by the leaves in Highland Heather.

Then I matted the panel on Highland Heather and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On a piece of Smoky Slate, I stamped the Happy Birthday image from the Layered With Kindness set in Mint Macaron ink.  Then I cut it with the Label Me Lovely Punch and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On Whisper White, in Highland Heather ink, I stamped the thank you sentiment.  Then I cut IT out with the Label Me Fancy Punch and popped it over the Smoky Slate label with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied a little bow from the Mint Macaron 1/8″ Sheer Linen Ribbon and adhered it with a Glue Dot.  To finish things off, I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the centers of the flowers.  And that was it for the card front!

On the inside, I stamped the leaves in Mint Macaron – twice without re-inking – on the bottom of a Whisper White panel and added some Highland Heather flowers.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Highland Heather mat and into my Smoky Slate card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more flowers and leaves from Layered With Kindness on the front…

…and another piece of Smoky Slate checkered paper on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Wow – how pretty did those Layered With Kindness flowers and leaves turn out in Mint Macaron and Highland Heather?!?  I love this flower image – it’s one of my favorites now that I’ve played with it a bit!  I have no idea what kind they are – but I’d sure love a giant field of them outside my house!  The coordinating Label Me Lovely and Label Me Fancy Punches are perfect with this set, too!
