Stampin’ Up! Playful, Beautiful You for the 2017 Autism Matters Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all!  Welcome to the Autism Matters Blog Hop! A whole bunch of us joined together today to bring you guys some projects – our goal is to foster awareness about Autism and about the Autism Speaks organization!  And – we’re also doing this as a fundraiser to benefit Autism Speaks.  Scroll on down for more info about this organization. 🙂

While we didn’t have a sketch to work with, we’ve all made projects reflecting the colors of Autism…Red, Yellow and two shades of Blue!  Wait until you see the talented folks on the blog hop – you’re gonna be so impressed with all their projects, I just know it!  Check out this Fact About Autism and then scroll on down for my card!

Dogs have been shown to improve autistic children’s quality of life, independence, and safety. The presence of a trained dog can reduce aggressive behavior, calm the child, and serve as a link to the child’s community.

Finn SO knew that!!

I made my card using a cool little stamp set called Playful Backgrounds and the ever-beautiful Beautiful You.  When I added some Sending Love DSP, here’s what I came up with.  Take a look-see:

I’m not going to go into how I made this one – instead, I’ll invite you to come over to my Facebook page tonight at 8pm Eastern – when I’ll go live!  If you like, gather up all the supplies and card cuts below, and we’ll make it together!  Or – just watch me bumble-fuddle my way thru it!  I’ll post the video on You Tube afterwards so that you can watch later.

Before you go on to the next Blog  – please consider taking a moment to donate to Autism Speaks.

Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the lifespan, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families through advocacy and support; increasing understanding and acceptance of autism spectrum disorder; and advancing research into causes and better interventions for autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

Autism Speaks enhances lives today and is accelerating a spectrum of solutions for tomorrow.

Please note: when you click below to donate, you’ll go to Amy Koenders’ page – I joined the fundraising effort under her!  Just like I joined SU! under her – don’t fix what ain’t broke! 🙂

Thank you in advance for your support!

Now that you’ve seen my project, please take a little time to visit all the 2017 Autism Matters Blog Hoppers today!  You can just click on the names below to go direct to all the blogs!

Enjoy the Hop and thank you again for your support of this worthy cause!
