Good morning and Happy Happy Hawwwwwmp DAY!! The FIRST Hawmmmp Day of 2026!
Well the Jan-Apr 2026 Mini is finally LIVE and ready for ordering! Which means…you can get TODAY’s goodies…today! I pulled from the new Lovely & Beautiful Suite! I used the Simply Beautiful bundle and a few amazing dies from the coordinating Beautifully Celebrated dies. And – of course – the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP is a great starting point. I started by adhering a piece of Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP on Lemon Lolly cardstock for the card front. Because it would help me later, I went ahead and adhered the card front to the front of my Fresh Freesia card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Next, I used the second-from-largest Beautifully Celebrated label die (y’all – these nesting labels are beautiful!) to cut out a Basic White label. On it, I stamped the Simply Beautiful sentiment in Garden Green ink – then I adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.
Using the dies in the Simply Beautiful set, I cut out:
– Two solid Garden Green leaves and four detailed Granny Apple Green leaves. I adhered two of the detailed die cuts to the solid die cuts with Liquid Glue and saved the other two for the collage.
– Three flowers from Two-Toned Fresh Freesia cardstock – two from the lighter side of the cardstock and one from the darker side.
– A Lemon Lolly flower center.
I used a Small Blending Brush to add Fresh Freesia ink to one of the Light Two-Toned Cardstock die cut flowers.
Then, using Liquid Glue, I stacked the flowers and adhered them together. I lightly curled the petals with my fingers. Then I adhered the die cut flower center with Liquid Glue.
I used the sprig die (my new fave die!) from the Beautifully Celebrated set to cut out two Vellum Specialty Paper sprigs and I picked two pretty leaves from the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack (part of this wunnermus Suite!).
I adhered the stacked flower to the card front with a couple of Stampin’ Dimensionals (right in the middle of the flower) – being sure it didn’t extend past the edges of the card base.
Then I tucked my die cut and ephemera leaves and sprigs under the flower – securing them with Liquid Glue.
I added five new Pearlized Faceted Circles (from the Suite) – three on the sentiment and a couple on the flowers – and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped the leaves image from Simply Beautiful in Garden Green on a Basic White panel.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Fresh Freesia card base and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Simply Beautiful leaves on the front…
…and more of the Lovely & Beautiful Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! I am falling more and more in love with this Lovely & Beautiful Suite, y’all! When I first saw it – I obviously loved the gorgeous Specialty DSP. But – I felt like the suite was “all about” weddings. Or Anniversaries. So…I sorta thought…”meh”! Upon further reflection – and playing with it a bit – I see it is great for…Birthdays. Sympathy. Thinking of You. Life Events (graduations?). And with the pretty flowers and nesting labels (and that sprig!!) in the Simply Beautiful and Beautifully Celebrated die sets – I really think this is one you’re going to NEED on your shelf! 🙂
