Stampin’ UP! Ornamental Christmas Greetings Card with Video

Happy Fri-YAY, y’all!  It’s the weekend-eve! Got something fun planned?  Right now there’s nothing on our horizon – probably start making sure I’ve got everything gathered up that I need for my piece of Thanksgiving dinner next week!  Oh – and…sorting and organizing in my craft room!  If you didn’t hear – I got my Sep-Dec 2026 Mini Catalog and Jan 2026 Online Exclusives pre-order in on Wednesday.  Yesterday, after my Thursday After Lunch Bunch Video – I did a Pre-Order Reveal video!  If you’d like to see it – check it out right here!

Not even sort of related to my pre-order…my card for today is a quick and easy Christmas card – featuring the Ornamental Christmas stamp set – and a couple of Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Specialty Cards.  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one was from the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge!

And I also played along with The Paper Players Theme Challenge.

I started by cutting off a 1 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ strip of one of the Crumb Cake Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Specialty Cards.. I matted the strip on Cherry Cobbler and then adhered it to the front of one of the Garden Green Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Specialty Cards with Liquid Glue.

On a 2 3/4″ x 3 7/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the Ornamental Christmas sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink.

Over the top, I stamped the pretty Christmas tree – one of my fave images! – in Garden Green ink.

I stamped the Ornamental Christmas star on top in Darling Ducking ink (a pretty good substitute for gold!).

Using the bullet end of the Darling Duckling Stampin’ Write Marker, I added doodle-dashes around the edge of the panel.  Then I adhered it to a Cherry Cobbler mat and onto the card front with Liquid Glue.

I tied a simple bow from white Baker’s Twine from the Black & White & Gold Baker’s Twine pack and adhered it with a Glue Dot.

On a 3/8″ wide strip of Basic White, I stamped the Ornamental Christmas sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink.

When it had dried, I snipped diagonal ends in the strip, adhered it over the bow with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card front was done!

On the inside of the card base, I stamped the Ornamental Christmas tree three times in Garden Green ink and added the star in Darling Duckling – and the card was done!

The coordinating Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Specialty Envelope got the Ornamental Christmas trees on the front…

…and already had the Garden Green plaid printed on the envelope flap!

Et Voila!  I love love love the sentiment and this tree image from Ornamental Christmas!  The font of the sentiment is just gorgeous and the tree is…my fave!  And don’t miss the super handy – and beautiful! – Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Specialty Cards & Envelopes!

The Catalog Packing Crew was hard at it yesterday afternoon.

Well – the little one was working – not sure WHAT the big guy was up to!  Mandated break time?? 🤷‍♀️

The head-packer DID get a mandated dinner break.

With the mini-Supervisor waiting patiently for work to resume.

Or…NOT so patiently.

Finally – all done and ready to go out the door!
