Stampin’ Up! Delicate Elegant Pine Snowflakes Sneak Peek Card with Video

Morning, y’all!  Happy Sunday.  Hope your weekend is going well!

My card today is another Sneaky Peek at some beautiful goodies coming to you on 3 Sept as Online Exclusive products.   This is the Elegant Pine Snowflakes suite – with the Delicate Pines bundle and the stunning Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP.  Take a look-see:

My layout was inspired by the sketch at the Try a Sketch on Tuesday challenge.

I started by stamping three different snowflake images from the Delicate Pines stamp set (available 3 Sept) across a Crumb Cake panel in Crumb Cake ink.

Using the dies in the Delicate Pines die set – I cut out a large and a small snowflake from the Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP.  LOVE this “feature”!

I also cut out three large boughs and three small boughs from Shaded Spruce cardstock.

I adhered the three large boughs together – using Liquid Glue – at the centers – creating a circle of boughs.  Then I adhered the large die cut DSP snowflake to that with more Liquid Glue.

I snipped each of the small boughs in half and used Liquid Glue to adhere each of the pieces to the large die cut snowflake – one on each “arm”.

I adhered the small die cut snowflake on top with Stampin’ Dimensionals – and adhered the whole thing to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I used the dies in the set to cut out five solid Crumb Cake pinecones and five detailed pine cones from new Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper (coming on 3 Sept in the new Sep-Dec 2025 Mini Catalog).  I adhered them all together with Liquid Glue

I tied a bow from new Early Espresso Linen Thread (available 3 Sept) and adhered it with Liquid Glue.

On a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, I stamped a Delicate Pines sentiment in Versamark Ink – sprinkled it with copper Metallics WOW Embossing Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.

Then I adhered it over the bow – using double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left end and a single dimensional on the right side.

I tucked the pine cones in – adhering them with Liquid Glue.

Then I added a plethora of Cherry Cobbler gems from the new Faceted Snowflakes (part of the Suite, coming on 3 Sept 2025, and SOOO pretty!)) and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped a Detailed Pines snowflake in Shaded Spruce – and an “inside snowflake” – in Pretty Peacock – on a Crumb Cake panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of a Crumb Cake card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Shaded Spruce and Pretty Peacock snowflake on the front…

…and some of the Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP on the envelope flap.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL SALES TAX HOLIDAYS COMING UP!

The 2025 back-to-school sales tax holiday season begins this weekend and there are twelve states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Ohio, South Caroling, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) offering a sales tax holiday for school supplies during the months of July and August. Products that are eligible according to the statute include “items normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposes.”  Click the table below to open the chart and see what is available and when! 🙂

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! DURING the tax holiday period to receive these items tax-free. Also, keep in mind that this is a STATE SALES TAX holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For all y’all that live in Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin…sorry!  Those states suspended the sales tax holiday again this year. 🙁
