Stampin’ UP! CAS Perennial Postage Blooming Phrases Sneak Peek Thanks

Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day! Hope your week is going well.  We’re getting back in the swing – enjoying some really pretty Georgia weather.  Cool in the morning and sunny and warm in the afternoon!

My card today is another sneak peek of a new Online Exclusive – one of my faves from my pre-order!  It’s called Blooming Phrases (and you can get it on 6 May) – and it’s got a bunch of fun sentiments and some florals!  Take a look-see:

I played along with the Just Us Girls Word Challenge this week.

I started by cutting out the largest Perennial Postage die from a piece of Basic White cardstock – and then I adhered it to the front of a Thick Basic White card base using Liquid Glue.

I used the next smallest Perennial Postage die to cut out another rectangle from Basic White cardstock.

Starting with the middle flower – I stamped three coneflowers from the new Blooming Phrases set in Petunia Pop ink.  Then I stamped the three-flower image three times in Fresh Freesia ink.

Finally, I stamped the Bubble Bath flower twice.

I inked just the “tail” of one of the sentiments in the Blooming Phrases set in Shaded Spruce and used that to stamp a bunch of stems.

Then I stamped the little single leaf a bunch of times in Shaded Spruce and adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Soft Sea Foam, I stamped the “thanks” sentiment from Blooming Phrases and then added the flower image at the end.  I love how it just “straddles” the tail of the sentiment, don’t you?!

I adhered the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added some Shaded Spruce and Soft Sea Foam gems from the new Shades of Green Hexagons (a new embellishment coming on 6 May in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog) and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped a Petunia Pop and Bubble Bath Blooming Phrases flowers – plus Shaded Spruce stems and leaves on a Basic White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Thick Basic White card base and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Fresh Freesia three-flowers image and Shaded Spruce stems and leaves on the front…

…and the Petunia Pop coneflower on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I love love love this font for sentiments – with the long tails to play with!  Blooming Phrases has them in spades – with thanks, just because, thinking of you, and more to play with!  I can’t wait for you to be able to get this set on the 6th!  The Perennial Postage dies are simply…the bestest!  And you can get THEM right this minute!

Finn Fan Fix

Aunty Karen brought cookies and a baguette to OnStage for Mr. Finn.

The baguette is…stuffed.

With a squeaker.

And he’s determined to find it!

Yep.  He loves bread much as his mom does! 😉
