Good morning, and Happy Sunday! Well – as happens EVERY time – our time here has flown! We’ve been busy and gotten a lot done, done a lot of visiting and world-problem-solving! But – tomorrow we head out early to go home – LOSING an hour each travel day is a booger, let me tell you! I think Addy won’t be sorry to see us go – we’ve kept her QUITE busy guarding with all the work we’ve done outside. She’s gonna sleep GOOD on Monday night!!
My card today is a not-my-usual-style card – so…clean and simple! It showcases the sweet Love & Strength stamp set from the Sep-Dec 2024 Mini Catalog. And that’s about all it needed. Take a look-see:
I started by stamping a Basic White panel with the little heart image from the Love & Strength stamp set.
Starting in the bottom left corner, I stamped in a diagonal in Pretty in Pink ink – up to about the middle of the panel.
I cleaned the stamp and kept going up to the top right corner – this time in Daffodil Delight ink.
Then I used the little Love & Strength scattered dots image to add Pretty in Pink and Daffodil Delight dots in and amongst the hearts.
I decided I wanted a little more near the center so…in stamped off once ink – I added some Pretty in Pink hearts up around the Daffodil Delight hearts. And some Daffodil Delight hearts around the Pretty in Pink hearts. With them being stamped-off-once, they sort of act like a transition from the pink to the yellow.
That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it! 😉
I tied a little bow from Flirty Flamingo twine and adhered it with a little bit of Liquid Glue.
On a strip of Basic White, I stamped the Love & Strength sentiment in Pretty in Pink ink. Then I matted it on Daffodil Delight cardstock with Liquid Glue.
I used double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment over the bow, matted the panel on Daffodil Delight and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped some Love & Strength hearts and dots in Pretty in Pink and Daffodil Delight in the bottom corner.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Daffodil Delight mat and into my Thick Basic White card base, pop the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and the card was done!
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Love & Strength hearts and dots on the front…
…and again on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! So – did you MISS the Love & Strength stamp set? Might have – it’s kind of a sleeper and it’s near the end of the stamp set section in the mini catalog. But – I highly recommend you head over and take another look-see! It’s pretty awesome – and great for sending love and encouragement to friends and family!

YES – I LOVE diet Cherry Limeade!! So yummy! And this cheeseburger had hatch green chilies on them – and they were SO good! It was worth every calorie! 🙂
