Good Monday morning, y’all! The work week is back and I’m sorry! Hopefully you had a GREAT weekend and you’re ready to hit it for five days until you make it to the NEXT weekend! 🙂
My card today is all about Halloween. Yes – it’s coming. I know. Hard to believe – but…it’s just a matter of time – days? – before you’ll start to see the Halloween decorations in the store. It’s sorta ridiculous, but…there you go! So…if you can’t beat ’em – might as well get a head start on it, huh? I’ve used the Scary Cute and Bewitching Bundles – and some Celebrate Everything DSP. Take a look-see:

The layout for this one is from the As You See It sketch this week.
I started with a piece of Celebrate Everything DSP – this is a Host-reward in the Jul – Dec 2022 Mini Catalog! You can select it as your free gift with an individual order – or Workshop order – over $180! And it’s pretty stinkin’ cool! You’ll get 48 sheets of paper that works for almost any occasion or holiday all year long!
I adhered a panel of the DSP to a Crushed Curry mat to make the card front. Then I matted a coordinating design – happens to be the FLIP side of the card front! – on Crushed Curry and adhered it at a slight angle with Liquid Glue.
On Basic White cardstock, I stamped the polka dot witch’s hat from the Bewitching stamp set three times – once each in Parakeet Party, Mango Melody and Highland Heather. Using the bundled Witch Hat Builder Punch, I cut them all out.
Then I popped them onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the stars and hat bands, I used some of the new Glitter Washi Tape – in Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Highland Heather. I put two strips of each color – side by side – on a piece of Basic White cardstock and then used the Witch Hat Builder to cut out three hat bands and some stars.
Using Liquid Glue, I added the bands and stars to the three hats.
I stamped a sentiment from the Scary Cute stamp set in Crushed Curry on a piece of Basic White and then cut it out with one of the dies in the bundled Scary Silhouettes Dies. I popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals – added a Glitter Washi Tape star with Liquid Glue and the card front was done!
On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from Scary Cute in Crushed Curry on a Basic White panel. Then I added the Bewitching hat in Parakeet Party and added some Highland Heather stars. And I gave the hat a Glitter Washi Tape hat band, too!
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Crushed Curry mat and into my Highland Heather card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Bewitching hat and stars on the front – I colored the hat band with the Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blend…
…and I put a little more of the Celebrate Everything DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! For being made from the Scary Cute and Bewitching Bundles – I don’t think it’s very scary at all, do you?!? That’s my kind of Halloween card! It’s a LOT cute though and I think it MIGHT just put a spell on you….😂😂😂 I love the Celebrate Everything DSP – it’s so fun and pretty! And if you want it for yourself…let me know.
