Stampin’ Up! Peachy Sparkle of the Season Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin’

Good morning, y’all!  It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!!  We’ve got a color challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table!  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I pulled out a little bit of the You’re A Peach DSP – in the Annual Catalog – and paired it with the Sparkle of the Season stamp set with its bundled Seasonal Swirls Die set from the Jul – Dec 2021 Mini Catalog (which will be available to you in LESS THAN A WEEK!).  Take a look-see:

And here’s our color challenge (yes, I added a neutral! 😉 )

And I borrowed the sketch from The Paper Players to help me out!

I started by embossing an Early Espresso panel in the new Timber 3D Embossing Folder (coming on 3 Aug!) and then matting it on Balmy Blue for the card front.

From two designs in the You’re A Peach DSP, I cut three Stitched Rectangles.  The longer one used the same size die as the shorter ones – but I ran thru the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine twice, moving the die to create a longer cut.

I adhered all three rectangles to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I cut another Stitched Rectangle from Basic White, embossed it in the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

Next, I used the Seasonal Swirls Die (coming 3 Aug) to cut a leafy wreath from Early Espresso and adhered it to the white panel with Liquid Glue.

With all the fun little dies in the Seasonal Swirls set, I cut some leaves from Pear Pizzazz and Pale Papaya cardstock.   I also cut a couple of grassy foliage dies from a returning fave coming on 3 Aug: the Brushed Metallic Cardstock, in copper and bronze.

The pumpkins are cut from a piece of Mango Melody Brights 6″ x 6″ DSP and a piece of the polka-dot You’re A Peach DSP.  I brushed all their edges with Calypso Coral using my Blending Brush.

I adhered the elements to the card front with Liquid Glue to create a decorated wreath.

I tied a loose figure-8 bow from Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine (Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack) and adhered it with a little Liquid Glue.

The sentiment, from Sparkle of the Season, was stamped in Balmy Blue on Basic White and cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die.  I adhered it over the bow with double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered another pumpkin and a couple of leaves, plus a few copper Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots (wunnermus new embellishments in the Jul – Dec 2021 Mini) and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped the little leaves from Sparkle of the Season on a Basic White panel.  I inked the stamp with Mango Melody and lightly brushed the edges with Calypso Coral using my Blending Brush.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Balmy Blue mat and into my Mango Melody card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got more Sparkle of the Season leaves on the front…

…and more of the You’re A Peach DSP on the envelope flap (doesn’t it look like cool and summery seersucker fabric?!?).

Et Voila!  I love the Sparkle of the Season stamp set with the beautiful….bundled for a 10% savings!….Seasonal Swirls die set!  It’ll cover all your ….Thanksgiving, Halloween AND Christmas card-giving needs! And – let’s slide a little summer in with the You’re A Peach DSP (which you can get on sale thru 2 Aug!!).

I hope you like!
