Good morning, y’all! Hope you’ve got a great weekend at home planned! This is our “planting” weekend – we got the peppers, tomatoes and lettuce starts in the beds last night. The rose, raspberries and blueberries are soaking their roots in preparation for planting. And – I’ve got flowers started to put in, too! AND – more seeds coming soon! I LOVE spring!
Also? My three hydrangeas all have leaves, so…I didn’t kill them with my not-so-knowledgeable pruning this past fall! Whoo-hoo. I’m like…almost a Master Gardener. Go me! 🙂

That is so cute of Finn…..the food bowl is an issue at our house too. When Buffy’s dish is empty, she picks it up and carries it with her…….I find it in the bedroom….in the toybox….I’ve learned to pick it up when she is finished, just so I know where it is!!

I have been reading a series by Lillian Jackson Braun. The “Cat Who…..” series. Main character is a journalist with a smart Siamese. You can relate since you have a smart dog. Short books, light reading, though he usually solves a mystery.
I’ve seen that series – but never read any of them. May have to take a look-see. Finn, however, believes that “smart cat” is an oxymoron… 🙂 thanks, Julie! 🙂
I have read 29 of her books! Dan Walsh has a series for dog lovers: Rescuing Finley,Finding Riley and
Saving Parker. He also writes time travel and historical fiction. I’ve read all his too.
