Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Friendship Cup of Christmas Cheer!

Happy Friday!  You made it!  Now the weekend-glorious-weekend stretches out ahead of us!  Whoo-hooo!

I’ve made a card today using some of the Holiday goodies for a non-holiday card.  I once again paired the Cup of Christmas bundle with some Annual Catalog sets – this time using Beautiful Friendship and Beautiful Promenade.  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one is from this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

And I used The Card Concept inspiration photo, too!

I matted a piece of Blueberry Bushel paper from the 2018-2020 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP on a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock for the card front.

I created the art on a smaller piece of Whisper White.  First, I cut the cup out of the panel using the die in the Cup Of Cheer Dies – saving the handle cut-out.

Using my Stamparatus, and the beautiful flowers from the Beautiful Friendship stamp set – I built my bouquet.

I stamped the large roses in So Saffron.  Now – the last time I used this set, I made some sticky note masks AND I KEPT THEM IN MY STAMP CASE!! 🙂  So…I masked off the roses, and added the “buds” a couple of times in Daffodil Delight.

I left the mask in place and added some Petal Pink….lilacs? and Pear Pizzazz leaves.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the Blueberry Bushel card front.  And then I adhered the little “chad” to create the handle!

On a seperate piece of Whisper White, I stamped the Cup of Christmas cup outline image in Pear Pizzazz.  I added the little floral image (also from Cup of Christmas) in Pear Pizzazz and colored it with my Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Markers.  The sentiment, from Beautiful Promenade, is stamped in Blueberry Bushel.

I cut the cup sentiment out with the Cup of Cheer die and popped it onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A Blueberry Bushel gem from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones finished off the card front.

On the inside, I added a second sentiment from Beautiful Promenade in Blueberry Bushel on a Whisper White panel.  I added the Cup of Christmas foliage again – coloring it with my Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Markers.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a double mat (Daffodil Delight card stock and Blueberry Bushel paper from the 2018-2020 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP) then into my Blueberry Bushel card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more Cup of Christmas foliage across the front…

…and more of the 2018-2020 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This is another example of using “Christmas” sets for non-holiday projects!  Which means – you can use the Cup of Christmas Bundle all year long!  The Beautiful Friendship and Beautiful Promenade sets have such gorgeous images and sentiments – they will serve you well, too!  I hope you like!
