Mornin’, y’all! It’s Saturday and I realized I hadn’t done a Super Simple (Single Stamp Set) Saturday in quite a while! So…I decided to do one today. What better time of the year for a simple, quick and easy card? Busy as we all are…I’m betting it’s gonna be a winner!
Sous and I cooked today – got my Chocolate Dipped Espresso Chocolate Chip Biscotti done. Made a batch of Espresso Toffee Fudge. And a batch of Almond Fudge. That last one – tastes like heaven! Looks like…well. Not heaven. I tried to dip it in melted Almond Bark (per the recipe) and….hmmm. Not so bueno. We’ll see if I can make it presentable!
Got more to do over the weekend and then hopefully I can get packages in the mail on Monday. Fingers crossed for me, people!

I used it this time to make a quick get-well card. Take a look-see:
I played along with the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge this week:
And my color scheme was inspired by the My Favorite Things color challenge.
I started with a Whisper White Note Card and Envelope.
To begin, I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig and stamped circles in Blushing Bride, Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzazz and Garden Green on a piece of Whisper White. Except for the Blushing Bride circles, I stamped everything off once before stamping my card stock.
Then I used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig again and added the thought bubble icons. I used the same colors as the circles – but I didn’t stamp anything off. Everything is full strength.
Finally, I added the sentiment in Garden Green with the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig. I SNAILd the panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat and that was it for the card front!
On the inside, I added the Get Well sentiment in Pumpkin Pie and then used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to add a little Blushing Bride band-aid over the top.
I SNAILd it to a Pear Pizzazz mat and into my Whisper White note card, popped the front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and the card was done!
For the matching Whisper White Envelope, I ran more little Iconic Occasions band-aids in Blushing Bride across the front…
…and repeated my circles on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! I love this little set – it’s quite unassuming at first glance, but…it’s super versatile! And the little icons are really cute! Hope you like!
