Stamps-N-Lingers Fundraiser for People & Pets Affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica

Happy Friday, y’all – hope your week is winding down nicely!  We’re packing up this morning and heading south.  Or north.  Some people are heading north cuz…that’s where they live! 🤷‍♀️

I’m coming to you – again! – for help for our fellow humans and their pets.  What a year we’ve had. 💔  We’ve all been watching as Hurricane Melissa hurtled toward Jamaica and beyond in the Caribbean.  The devastation that Cat 5 storm left in her wake is almost beyond words.

Since there’s really nothing most of us can do that is hands-on – I try to help financially.  I just made a donation to relief efforts for families and pets thru the Greater Good Organization.  As I hit Submit on my small attempt to help, I decided it was time to launch another Fundraiser enlisting the help of my online community of stampers (that’s YOU!).

Now the Greater Good Organization has multiple programs – all of which help people, pets and the environment.  Our donation will be targeted to people and pets (and, my goodness, the need is great!) impacted by Melissa.

So – we’ve done this before, y’all – let’s make our support heard!

I’m setting a goal of donating a total of $1000 – and here’s how you can help me (and be entered to win a new Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine!). 

This time, I’m sending our donation in honor of someone.  I’ll send the donation on 8 Nov 2025 – which is my Mom’s birthday – she’d have been 90 this year – so…I’ll be placing the donation in honor of her (Kate VanDeVeere) – she was a big giver in her life! 😍
