Stampin’ UP! Bunch of Thanks and Brighten Your Day Kits!

Happy Happy Hawmmmp Day, y’all!  Hope your week is going well!  We’re slogging our way – literally! – thru the dog days of summer.  It’s been raining and too hot to wear a rain jacket most afternoons.  So…a little soggy for all of us.  Hmmm – soggy doggies!  LOL!

When our new August kits dropped last week, I quick grabbed one of each and got the two card kits put together yesterday.  Y’all – they are GORGEOUS – and QUICK! –  and you’re going to want them for sure! 🙂

The first one I put together was the Bunch of Thanks kit – it makes eight shaped cards – and they’re gorgeous! Does that not look like an amazing bouquet of flowers?! And – does it make it even SWEETER to know that it’s ON SALE this month as part of the 2025-2027 In Color Sale?!?

This one is a stamping kit – and you get a pretty stamp set, a Mossy Meadow ink spot, an acrylic block and all the adhesives needed.  Literally, you can toss this box in your suitcase or the back seat and craft anywhere!

There are two designs in the kit – both are stunning!

Both of them fold like a bouquet wrapper…

And close with a Baker’s Twine bow!

There are nine pretty envelopes – pre-printed with posies!

When I got done making these cards – I was having so much fun that I opened up the Brighten Your Day Kit!

This one is a NON-stamping kit and includes printed sentiments in Dutch, English, French, and German! The nine kits – three of each design! – are in beautiful colors and each showcases a delicate die cut overlay!

This first one – in Fresh Freesia and Highland Heather tones – has a very gorgeous floral on the front.  The envelopes are printed in coordinating colors – front and back!

I love the bird-centric die on this one in Balmy Blue and Lost Lagoon!

And the final design is my hands down fave!  Look at that fern!!  And – the card bases in this kit are such nice, heavy cardstock – with a surface like…watercolor paper.  It feels really nice!

And – that one is QUITE forgiving.  So…if you…accidentally!…adhere your die cut upside down…

…it happens.  Don’t judge!  Just…turn that sentiment over and pretend you did it on purpose.  It’s…artistic license!! 😎

I have the third kit – the Harvest Home Kit – waiting to be put together.  I’m excited to see how the leaf garland turns out!! 🙂

BACK-TO-SCHOOL SALES TAX HOLIDAYS COMING UP!

The 2025 back-to-school sales tax holiday season begins this weekend and there are twelve states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Ohio, South Caroling, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia) offering a sales tax holiday for school supplies during the months of July and August. Products that are eligible according to the statute include “items normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposes.”  Click the table below to open the chart and see what is available and when! 🙂

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! DURING the tax holiday period to receive these items tax-free. Also, keep in mind that this is a STATE SALES TAX holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.
