Hiya Mary,
Susan here from Pickering, Ontario, Canada. I get your daily emails. I love your humour but would like to catch you live.
I have notifications set but they don’t work worth a dang for me. I am an old bird so for my fave demos, I set an alarm.
Quick Question: Do you have a regular time and a regular day of the week?
Thanks,
Susan
Hey Susan – thank you for the kind words! 🙂 I am pretty regular on my live videos – Saturdays at 7pm US Eastern Time and Thursdays at 1pm US Eastern Time – on my YouTube channel. The last couple of weeks have been wonky cuz of my travel – but…should be getting back into the swing now! Thank you so much! 🙂
Love this card! The embossing background is such a great touch and I love the use of Lost Lagoon.
Thanks, Nicole! 🙂
Fascinating stamp – looks like watercolor! Beautiful color palette. Thank you so much for joining the challenge at TSOT.
Thank you, Dena – appreciate the kind words! 🙂
Such a cute card! Love the fun layout and the plaid card base is perfect! Glad that the small supervisor was there to inspect and keep everything running on time. 😉
Yes – she’s a tiny taskmaster!! LOL! Thanks so much, Amy! 🙂
I love those contrasting plaids!! Thanks for joining the fun and playing along with our “To the Side” sketch challenge over at Sunday Stamps. A very pretty holiday take on our sketch!! Deb Horst, DT #SSC373
Thanks much, Deborah – appreciate you stopping by!! 🙂
Handsome crew you have working for you!
Right?! :). Thanks!
Love this, Mary! The combo of plaids is so perfect, and what a fabulous tree! You’re making me take another look at this wet, lol. Thanks so much for playing at Sunday Stamps!
Oh – it’s a GREAT set – you NEED it, Heather! 🙂 Thanks so much! 🙂
Beautiful, Mary! Plaid paper always creates a cozy, holiday vibe. The image and the sentiment truly are icons of the season. Thank you for playing with The Paper Players this week.
Thanks very much, Ann! I do love that tree – and the font in the sentiment! Appreciate the kind words! 🙂
Mary this is a beautiful Christmas card! I love the plaids and the sweet Christmas tree. And happy to see your two four-legged assistants keeping track of the catalogue process lol! Thank you so much for joining us at the Paper Players this week!
Yep – they’re good helpers, for sure! Thanks so much, Stef!! 🙂
Looking forward to your video tonight! The bonus of the small dog…she can fit in small places just perfectly. 🙂
Yes she does! She’s like a pocket puppy!! Thanks, Amy! 🙂
I love this! The color palette is so soft. I like the leaf stamp (might need to get this one) and how you did the background behind it. Love the finishing touches and the inside of the card too!
Thank you so much – it’s a really pretty bundle! 🙂
Fun way to use the sketch challenge! LOVE all the monochromatic greens!…Thanks for sharing with us at TSOT!
Thanks so much, Melissa! Appreciate you coming by! 🙂
Such a cute was to give gift cards! Can’t wait to make a few. 🙂 Poor Addy…I think “crazy hair” might be a good middle name for her. 😉
Yes – Crazy Hair is just about right. Barky McBarkitty would also be good! Thanks, Amy! 🙂
Such a pretty card! Love the layered circles and the designer paper that you’ve used is perfect! Poor baby squirrel…almost made it out in the wild! 🙂
Soooo close to freedom!! LOL! Thanks, Amy! 🙂
Love that you switched the sketch to the vertical position, Mary! The new products look great. Such a pretty card. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Jolanda
Thanks so much, Jolanda – I really love this new stamp set! 🙂
I could NOT resist that face either, Mary. He’s just too cute! 🥰
Nope – and he knows exactly how to use that face and those lips to full advantage! Thanks, Pat! 🙂
Congratulations, Mary! You are a Top Three winner at Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge #683.
Oh – thank you so much, Melanie!! I appreciate it! 🙂
Such a pretty card Mary!! Love the neutral colors and the layered die cuts, perfect! And yep, you can never be too sure on the rain front…thunder can sneak up on a girl. 😉
Nope – that thunder just comes outta no where! 😳. Thanks so much, Amy! 🙂
Oh, he’s so not playing fair… there’s no way you can resist THAT face!! I notice you didn’t mention how many crackers he got. 😄
No – he doesn’t hesitate to pull out the big guns!! LOL! And no – I didn’t mention the number, did I?! 🤦♀️
I’m so glad they get along.
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, Mary Katherine – thanks! 🙂
Such a sweet card Mary! Love the little winter scene, perfect with the plaid card base too! 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving, my friend – thanks so much! 🙂
Beautiful card, I love the scene! Happy Thanksgiving to you and Wayne! I am blessed to be part of your team. Thank you for all your help and guidance but even more for your friendship!
Happy Thanksgiving, Tara – and thank YOU for being my friend! 🙂
I love easy to create cards and this one is just lovely! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and fur babies! 🦃
The same to you, Carol – thank you so much! Pet the girls for me! 🙂
Love your card…happy thanksgiving. 💕charlotte
Thanks, my friend – and the same to you! 🙂
I copied your card but I think you gave us the wrong arch die sizes. You said 9 and 7. That can’t be right. There is very little space between 7 and 9. You can barely see the DSP behind it. So, I tried again using arch dies 9 and 6. Much better. Also, I used the Traditions of Christmas DSP because I didn’t have what you used. Both of our cards are really special. Thanks for the inspiration!! Happy Holidays.
Thanks, Bonnie – and sorry for amy errors. Glad you were able to figure it out! Happy Holidays to you, too! 🙂
Hi Mary,
Happy Thanksgiving.
I just love this card. It is simple and so pretty… love the green plaid base..
TFS
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, Bernice – hope it was wonderful for you! Glad that you love the card – the card bases are wonderful, aren’t they?! 🙂
Just beautiful! Love the layering and the clean design is perfect! 🙂 Yep, he doesn’t require much prep for the glamor shots. 🙂
Nope – he spends his life camera ready! Thanks so much, Amy! 🙂
Finn is such a cutie! And Addie-Lou is so sweet!
Happy holidays Mary & Wayne. Thanks for the cards, catalogs, beautiful examples and everything!!!
You are most welcome, Audrey – thank YOU! Happy Happy Holidays to you and Carol and your whole family! 🙂
Such a beautiful scene Mary 🙂 Love the neutral colors with the touch of Gold. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving
Thank you so much, Karen! And we did – hope that y’all did, too! 🙂
Looking forward to your live tonight! Glad that everyone got a little sampling of thanksgiving dinner. 😉
Thanks so much, Amy! 🙂
Mary,
I’m amazed that your dogs can share a plate of food. My 2 would kill each other. Yours must really love each other.
Hey Gerri – well – “plate of food” is a bit generous for what they had. It was really an empty plate with “essence” of food. But – when she first came – we never would have let them do that. It’s taken them a minute but…they’re friends now!! :). Thanks!
Even an “essence” of food would cause a serious fight. We adopted both but the second one lived on the streets for awhile and his survival instincts are “this is my food”. They are both small dogs like addy and tolerate each other.
Oh – that is hard, for sure! We were afraid they’d be like that – it DID take Finn a minute to decide he didn’t need to kill her! It’s hard when they only sort of get along! 🙁
Such a cute card Mary! Love the fun fold design and the framing around the tree is just perfect! I think I do sleep that hard…just not so cutely! 😉
LOL – well, no one can reasonably be expected to be THAT cute if you’re not a dog, so…no worries, there! Thanks so much, Amy! 🙂
Mary, your card is SO BEAUTFUL! I love the pink/black/gold color combo.
Yes, I think I can hear a little Finny snore too! So cute! 😛
Yes – he’s a snorer – and a yipper!! And it’s so cute when he does it! Thanks so much, Pat! 🙂
Oh, Mary, this is one of my all-time favorite fun folds and I love what you’ve done! Sooooo pretty!
Thank you so much, Leslie – I’m glad that you liked it! 🙂
