Stampin’ Up! Postage & Lavender Mother’s Day Card for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop! Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Celebrate Spring! Be sure to check out everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

For me – Spring starts when the garden/seed catalogs start to arrive. But…when I start to see my Lavender begin to blush purple and blue…THEN we know things are going to warm up! So, it was an easy decision to celebrate Spring with the Painted Lavender bundle and stunning Perennial Lavender DSP! Good morning, y’all! We had a typical GA winter day yesterday. You know. Sunny. No wind. Almost 60! LOL. It was great!!

It’ll probably be 25 and sleeting tomorrow! Who’s to say?

Certainly not the weathermen. I’ve stopped even looking!

Now – my card today is…so Spring-y! AND – totally clean and simple. Making it a record-breaker. For those of you keeping track that is TWO CAS cards IN A ROW!!

I’ve got another card that would be perfect for Thanksgiving – featuring the Rustic Crate bundle and…Joy of Christmas DSP! Yep – that Christmas paper has gorgeous woodgrain designs and I knew it was perfect! And yes – I love it! About an aircraft carrier that is sucked thru a time storm – and they…well. I won’t ruin it for you. Kirk Douglas – Martin Sheen – James Farentino. And all the Navy fighter – carrier – dogfighting Flag-waving footage you could ask for! What’s NOT to love??
