My card today is a totally quick – totally easy – totally beautiful little number inspired by a sample in the catalog. It uses what is fast becoming one of my favorite stamp sets – the Inked & Tiled set with its bundled Inked & Tiled Punch Pack. Add in some gorgeous Inked Botanicals 6″ x 6″ DSP and a couple Deckled Rectangles and…BOOM. Done! Take a look-see:

I made a birthday card for you today – NOT the one I gave to Lois – but one that I think is awfully fun! We’ve had some great chicken stamp sets over the years – and they’ve always been “chicks”! Good Saturday, my friends! Hope you’ve got a good day planned! I’m going to be cooking – about a billion deviled eggs are in the works – got the Maple Pecan sheet cake done last night. And a batch of Ms Paula Deen’s most-excellent Pimento Cheese put together cuz…Pimento Cheese, y’all! YUM!
AND – at some point today – we’ll pull the three briskets out of the smoker and put them into the faux cambro to rest until they’re cool enough to pull! TRIPLE YUM!

Good morning and happy Friday! The weekend arrives again – whoo-hoo!! Tomorrow is my friend’s 90th birthday party – we’re smoking three whole briskets so that’s on the list today. As well as a sheet cake and a bunch of deviled eggs (they’re her fave thing!). So…busy day! And – fingers crossed that Miss Sonya comes today, y’all!! I NEED her! 😳😳😳

I decided that another quick and easy card was called for and had been wanting to play with the pretty Inked Botanicals 6″ x 6″ DSP (it’s on sale right now so I can even re-stock and save some money, honey!). I combined it with a couple of die cut doilies from the stand-alone Delightful Doily Hybrid Embossing Folder and some prettiness from the Inked & Tiled stamp set. Take a look-see:

My card today is a pretty direct contrast to the wedding card I made for you yesterday – where that one was all about the layers and using lots of different products – this one is clean and simple and quick! It uses just some stamping from the Cheerful Daisies set, a little Cane Weave embossing, and… a couple of Stylish Shapes die cuts. Take a look-see:

As befits a hand-delivered wedding card – it’s a little over the top and I pulled out a few goodies from my stash! The Darling Details bundle is the star of this show – with some supporting foliage from the Dainty Delight die set – and a perfect sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts bundle.
