Good morning! Happy Half-Weekend. Hope it’s going well for you – we’ve been…soggy. It’s rained off and on (more ON than OFF!) for the last three days. And it’s JUST warm enough to not need a lot of jacket but just COOL enough to need something. Put the hoody on – take the hoody off – put the hoody on….sheesh!
To be clear – I’ll take this all day long over 13 degrees!! 🥶
My card today uses all the pieces and parts of the stunning Enduring Beauty bundle – the stamps – the dies – and the amazing builder masks! With the addition of some Poetic Expressions DSP and Exposed Brick 3D Embossing – it made for a beautiful card. Take a look-see:
Good CHILLY Sunday morning! Yep – the weathermen were right this time – and it’s been below freezing since about…7 pm on Friday evening! Yesterday morning – while still snuggled under the covers – I asked Siri what the outside temp was. He replied…17 degrees. Just cuz…why not – I asked about the wind shill.

Nope. Turn over time!

I only ask because…with it being so close..is there REALLY any reason to take the tree down? I mean – it’s pretty with the lights on – and…I’d just have to turn right back around and put it back up! Seems sorta silly! 🤷♀️
My card today is definitely NOT silly – it’s a clean-and-simple little number featuring one of my favorites – the Perennial Lavender Suite! Front and center is Painted Lavender images set atop a creamy Fern 3D Embossed panel. The Perennial Postage bundle is key – the die cuts and sentiment bring this card home! Take a look-see:
Well – it’s here! It’s the very last day of 2023! Wow – this year has flown! When next we “speak” – it’ll be 2024! Happy New Year!
I hope you’ll have a safe and sane evening as you welcome 20224. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do, okay? Which basically means…dont’t stay up past about 10pm! I sometimes roll over and wake up enough at midnight-ish to realize that the year has turned. But that’s about all there is – and it’s totally hit-or-miss! 🤷♀️🤷♀️
As you know, we went down to visit Matt and Katelyn yesterday. I’d realized last week that we’re VERY close to needing a Welcome card for the newest arrival! My card today is really a thank you card – it’s got a bit of a holiday flair, but…could be used all year round! It’s super quick and easy – which means…you can make a bunch of them – in any of the Glorious Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP colors! – quick as a bunya! I added a Cottage Wreaths wreath and sentiment – and a cool die cut bow from the coordinating Country Wreaths dies – and these Very Vanilla Notecards were done! Take a look-see:

Hey guys! Happy Thanksgiving-eve! Are you doing all the cooking and prepping today? I’m getting BOTH my pressure cookers fired up for potatoes, making pimento cheese and deviled eggs and a pumpkin dessert. And Brussels Sprouts – using a recipe we had at our retreat (they’re so yummy that people who said – “I HATE brussels sprouts” went back for seconds!!). So – busy day!
Since I promised that our Thursday videos would showcase a new pretty from the Jan-Apr 2024 Mini Catalog…but we’re not DOING a video tomorrow – I decided to give you a sneaky look TODAY! And – I even did a short video, too!
