Yesterday I pulled a stamp set off my shelf that you may have missed in the Jan – Apr 2023 Mini Catalog. It’s called Spring Blessings and it is VERY sweet! And it gets even sweeter on a cool Corner Tuck Fun Fold card anchored by the wunnermus Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP. Take a look-see:
UPDATE on FRIDAY, 3 Feb 23: So….apparently, when I was adding the PDF tutorial last night – I somehow managed to delete 90% of the post instructions! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I have no idea how – and JUST realized it! Good morning and happy…Friday! I’m a little off my days this week – Miss Sonya cleaned yesterday (thank goodness!) instead of today so…I spent all day yesterday thinking it was FRIDAY! But it wasn’t. 🤷♀️
When we went to Maui, we did some snorkeling, which was wonderful! Wayne and Lance, though, ALSO went S.C.U.B.A. diving and saw some sea turtles – the pictures were pretty awesome (but..I wish I hadn’t been so claustrophobic in the mask/tank thingy and could have gone, too!). And I know I’ve been pretty reticent about my love of Maui…or..not. So – the Sea Turtle set, when it was released in the Jan-Apr 2023 Mini, caught my eye right away! I pulled it out today and found a couple of good sentiments in the Happy Labels stamp set to go with! Take a look-see:

Well – my last Wednesday card for 2022 is super simple – it’s an easy riff on the triple time technique. I got the idea from the Jan-Apr 2023 Mini Catalog sample for the Fragrant Flowers bundle – and the amazing, coordinating and FREE Favored Flowers DSP! Take a look-see:
Happy Tuesday! Did you all have a good three-day weekend? Ours was a bit of a wash-out – it rained much of each day! Which meant – a lot of inside time for us! Not altogether a bad thing, really!
My card today is a special request – needed a masculine thank you for handyman work done well. Not hunting or fishing. Maybe some woods….hmmmm.
So – I put on my crafty thinking cap and…pulled out the Rugged Icons die set – with its power drill die. And then some Neutrals DSP – a couple of sentiments from Charming Sentiments. And then I let myself use some woodsy elements from the Grassy Grove set on the inside – I mean..the work was done at a Rocky Mountain house so….it seemed right! Take a look-see:

So – before we hit it – I want to give you a quick update on a really popular Sale-a-Bration freebie: the Pool Party & Soft Sea Foam Cards & Envelopes. Bad news – they’re sold out – and I suspect they won’t be back. So that milk is spilled – that horse is out of the barn. The moral here is that…if there’s something you LOVE (Rings of Love DSP – hint hint) – then you need to be taking steps to be able to order those NOW!!

Which is good. My hurry has done get up and gone! I’m in slog mode! 😳 But – I am SO having Vietnamese for dinner at my fave restaurant in Huntsville tonight – so that is definitely something to look forward to!
Yeah – I hung the participle or something like that – sorry! But it means I need to get typing before I start drooling on my keyboard! 😳

I ended up getting a lot done – cleaned, sliced and froze a bunch of baby Portabella mushrooms (did you know you could do that!?), bagged and froze the shredded cheese, finished a card tutorial for SplitCoast Stampers, did a Zoom the Craftroom and made a card for today! So….good day all the way around!

Last week, while I was cutting up paper for the Catalog Shares, I posted a picture over on my Stamps-N-Lingers FB page of my latest favorite DSP! It’s a specific design in the new Blackberry Beauty Specialty DSP – which is a totally gorgeous paper pack! From the minute I saw it, I was plotting a card in my head that would showcase that particular paper perfectly! And I think I got it done with this one, when I paired it up with the coordinating Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set. Take a look-see:
