Now – although the phrase “Christmas in July” – is a thing…why isn’t there a “Halloween in July”?? I mean – it comes BEFORE Christmas, right!? Maybe cuz we don’t usually send quite as many Halloween cards as we do Christmas? Yep – Christmas is for cards and Halloween is for candy!
To give Halloween a little bit of love – I figured I’d share a super-cute little stamp set that just recently released in the Online Exclusives! It’s called Playful Ghosts and…it is really fun. My card today sort of reflects the coming of Fall. In that Halloween is in the Fall? I don’t do a lot of Halloween cards, but..I saw a cute home decoration project with the Online Exclusive Potions & Spells Bundle and I played with it a little to turn it into a card! It also used the Delicate Forest Dies and some Full of Life DSP? Yep – the Full of Life DSP for…a Halloween card! Take a look-see:

My card today is a clean and simple Halloween card (I KNOW – what in the world? TWO CAS cards in a row?!?). BUT – it’s MADE with a Christmas stamp set! And – since the Merry & Bright set HAS Christmas sentiments – you could make it into a Christmas card so easy that it’s ALSO PEASY! I turned it into a Halloween card with my color choices and a sentiment from the Pick of the Patch set. Take a look-see:
Happy Happy Hawwmp Day, y’all! Hope your week is going well as we head down the hill to the weekend! The man and I will be headed to his doctor today for shots – and to see what he’s done to his hip! At 7 – it’s not unlikely that we’ve got some arthritis starting to set in, so we’ll see what Dr. Chris can come up with to help! He moves pretty sound, but he’s having some difficulty getting on the sofa and we can’t have that, now can we?

My big excitement this week is that I’ve got a tonneau cover and a truck bed slide tray ordered for my “new” ride – which is actually my OLD truck. We decided to wait a bit before we replace the van – so I’ve been driving the older dually. Which – even though it’s huge – has LESS room in it for things like…groceries – or anything else much. Especially if the Man is with us! And – you can’t put stuff in the bed of the truck and then go to another store. else. But – with a locking, hard cover – boom!! I’m excited to get it to be a little more useful! 🎉🎉🎉
It’s the little things, y’all. 🤷♀️
