Good morning, y’all It’s Thursday – the FIRST one of 2026!! And that makes it time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a color challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table. I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I got a cool card in the mail the other day, from one of my teammates. It reminded me how much I like “inchie” cards. She’d taken it up a notch, using black sqaures to make the card front look dimensional. So – I shamelessly copied the idea to make today’s Valentine’s Day card with the Endless Love stamp set and some Love Notes Mix & Match DSP. Take a look-see:

Our sketch was perfect (IMHO) for the new Valentine’s Day stamp – coming on 6 Jan in the new Jan-Apr 2026 Mini Catalog. Stampin’ UP! A Nature’s Symphony Sneak Peek Thanks for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

So – last week, I made a card with the new Nature’s Walk Suite – available 6 Jan 2026 in the new Jan-Apr 2026 Mini Catalog. In the course of making it – I ended up with a Nature’s Symphony die cut leaf – FROM the Nature’s Walk DSP. I said then that I was keeping that leaf to use in a future card and…today’s sketch challenge gave me the perfect opportunity! I went all non-traditional colors for my card today – it’s sort of a throwback to the first Stampin’ UP! set I ever bought – Ornamental Pine. I saw a card on Pinterest with those pines heat embossed in white on a light purple card base – and…that was the beginning of my SU! journey!
