Stampin’ UP! Banner Lustrous Leaves Sneak Peek Thank You for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Fall Frenzy!  Be sure to check out everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

Well – I’ve been wanting to pull out my new Lustrous Leaves Hot Foil Bundle (which you’ll be able to get on 1 Sept) and…our blog hop theme gave me the perfect opportunity!  I paired those leaves with a sentiment from the Banner Sayings bundle (get that right now!) and some woodgrain paper from the new Hearth & Home DSP (also coming on 1 Sept – this one’s in the new Sept-Dec 2026 Catalog!).  Take a look-see:

And the layout for this one was inspired by the Try A Sketch on Tuesday challenge.

I started by adhering a piece of woodgrain paper from the new Hearth & Home DSP (coming on 1 Sept in the Sept-Dec 2026 Catalog) on a Crisp Cantaloupe mat for the card front.

I wrapped Linen Thread around the matted panel a few times, securing it in the back with Mini Glue Dots.

I used two lengths of Linen Thread and tied a bow around the thread on the panel.

On another piece of the same woodgrain Hearth & Home DSP, I used the new Lustrous Leaves set and the Stampin’ Hot Foil System to hot foil the leaves in new Copper Hot Foil.

Using the coordinating masks in the bundle and Small Blending Brushes, I added color to the leaves:

Mask 1 – Golden Glow

Mask 3 – Crisp Cantaloupe – yes, I skipped mask 2!

Mask 4 – Cajun Craze

I cut out the leaves with the die in the set.

I also used the small detailed dies to cut out some Cajun Craze and Crisp Cantaloupe leaves.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere a couple of Hot Foiled leaves and a few die cut cardstock leaves.

The large leaf on top is popped on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a piece of Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock, I stamped a Banner Sayings sentiment in Cajun Craze ink.  With the Three-banner Punch, I cut out the sentiment.

I added it over the Linen Thread with double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added three Crisp Cantaloupe Glossy Garden Dots (new in the Sept-Dec 2026 Catalog coming 1 Sept) and the card front was done.

On the inside, I stamped a second Banner Sayings sentiment in Cajun Craze ink on a Basic White panel. In the corner, I used the 1st, rd and 4th Lustrous Leaves masks to create a leaf using the same colors as on the front.  Then I added one Crisp Cantaloupe Glossy Garden Dot!

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to the inside of the Cajun Craze card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Lustrous Leaves leaf on the front…

…and more Hearth & Home DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Well, the new Lustrous Leaves Hot Foil bundle is just as wunnermus as I expected it would be – especially foiled in Copper and popped on the pretty woodgrain Hearth & Home DSP!!  Once again – the Banner Sayings proved its worth – with delicate sentiments and three perfect banners to choose from!  I love it!

NEW JOINING PROCESS

As part of our new, more streamlined and easy, join process, all first-time demonstrators will receive a surprise Welcome Box—a gesture of appreciation and a warm welcome into the global Stampin’ Up! creative community! I’m going to keep the insides a secret but…there’s some fun goodies to help welcome you to the team!

How the New Process Works

Step 1: Join

New demonstrators will:

  1. choose a team leader.
  2. accept required agreements.
  3. enter a few personal details.
  4. pay the $100 join fee.
  5. click submit.

Step 2: Shop

Once their information has been reviewed and approved (usually very quickly), their Welcome Box ships, and the new demonstrator receives an email with:

  • their demonstrator ID.
  • a coupon code to begin shopping.

About the Coupon Code

  • Valued at $125.
  • Coupon code can be applied to any demonstrator order.
  • Order CAN exceed the coupon code value (I got asked all the time if new folks could go over $125 for their Starter Kit and I hated having to say “no”!).
  • Got a list LONGER than $125?  Easy peasy! Any amount above the coupon code value:
    • receives the demonstrator discount.
    • counts toward the quarterly sales minimum.
    • earns Stampin’ Rewards if it meets the qualifying purchase amount (as long as you’ve opted into the Stampin’ Rewards program).

Additional perk for new demonstrators
