Good morning, my peeps! Hope your weekend is going well! Finny and I had a really nice time at the carriage driving fun day yesterday! The weather was gorgeous – Finn got lots of pet’s and “he’s so beautiful”‘s and I got to see some friends that I hadn’t seen in a very long time! And to ride on her carriage – and even drive her sweet Haflinger. All in a very good day!

Good morning, y’all! I hope you’re fixin’ to have a good day! The weather here is the answer to “why the heck do you live in GA with the nasty heat and humidity” question. Because of FALL!! All things being equal, Finny and I are headed south about an hour to a fun-drive event (horse carriages – not cars!). We’ll be spectators only – but…I’m sort of excited to dip my toes back into the carriage driving world. Not sure more than my toes will get wet, but…we’ll see.
Just so you know – the girls both just fainted down in the pasture at the very idea that driving might be back on the table. NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂

So – at the retreat last weekend, we did a little “class” on the Marker-to-Stamp coloring technique using Stampin’ Write Markers and the Stamparatus. I’d taken my Shaded Summer stamp set and 2021-2023 In Color Stampin’ Write Markers to do the demo. I was pretty happy with the resulting piece of art – so I tossed the panel into my stuff to bring home. I decided to parlay it into a quick and easy thank you card. Take a look-see:
