Good Saturday morning, y’all!  Have you got your mind wrapped around the fact that you LOSE an hour of sleep tonight?? Or…do you lose it tomorrow??  Hmm.  I always try to set my clocks when I go to bed – especially on the Spring-forward “go” – cuz…it depresses me no end to “lose” an hour of daylight if I have to do it in the morning.  But – I LOVE Daylight Savings Time – so…I am ready to get this transition done.

Also?  #DAYLIGHTSAVINGSTIMEFOREVER

Stampin’ Up! Oval Occasions Butterfly Bijou Fun Fold with Video Tutorial

Good morning and happy Friday!  Again!  I hope you had a great week – our weather has been making us head out first thing in the mornings and get to working on the garden!  Yesterday we got the strawberries and potatoes in the ground!  The day before, a friend came over and helped us divide our huge thyme plant (that I bought last year at the grocery store!) and we planted the divisions along the rock wall.  This is absolutely my favorite time of the year!!!

Stampin’ Up! Gift of Hope for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Yesterday, my friend Jan came over to make a sympathy card for a friend – and, I liked the design we ended up with so much that I used it to make my card for you today.  I used the Enjoy the Moment stamp set – and, unlike Jan’s card, that was all I needed for images AND sentiments.  Like hers, though, I also used In Good Taste DSP.  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Snailed It Fun Fold Card with Video Tutorial

Good morning! And happy Sunday!  As expected we spent yesterday getting a final – HUGE – load of mulch and then we got the rest of the soil into the new beds.  I also – not so expectedly – kicked my own buttinski doing it.  Turns out that treadmill-fit is not the same as rake-heavy-dirt fit.  Who knew?? 😉

Stampin’ Up! Snail Mail Fun Fold Video Sneak Peek

Morning, all!  Hope you’ve got a fun weekend planned!  We’re headed for more mulch – we’re almost done with the new beds – just need a little more fill.  Then – topsoil and….planting!!  Then we sit back and let water – sun – and God do the work!  Oh – and chase weeds out.  Deer.  Beetles.  Slugs.  But for all that – it’s pretty cool, right?  A teensy seed or bare root goes in and…FOOD comes up! 😉
