Stampin’ Up! Dear Doily Video Sneak Peek

Good morning, y’all! It’s the weekend! And it is – apparently! – a weekend of change!

So – I was SUPPOSED to be at work today but…found out yesterday that it’s going to be too windy to do our event today. I sure didn’t think wind was going to be a thing for this test, but…whatever! We’ve moved the whole day to tomorrow. Which has it’s own issues – not least of which is that I’ll not be able to do our Sunday night video.

Well – not on SUNDAY, at least! I really don’t want to miss my time with you guys, so we’re going to try to get together tonight! Or – more accurately, I’ll be live on my Stamps-N-Lingers FB page at 7pm Eastern (please note it’s a DAY early AND an HOUR early!!) – and hoping that you can all join me!

Stampin’ Up! Golden Afternoon Sympathy Card

Good morning! Well – one week is (almost!) in the books! And it’s been a busy – and WET!! – one!

Sheesh – on Thursday it just rained buckets and tons. And it was cold. Really just a nasty day. My poor guys were soaked to the skin. 🙁 I’m hoping that today is a little better – but…I’m not holding my breath. Wishing I’d brought some waders! 😉

My card today is a sympathy card – don’t have a need for it now, but it’s never bad to have one on deck, right? I used the beautiful Golden Afternoon stamp set and made a super clean-and-simple card. Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Botanical Butterfly Gala

Hello from Maryland! Made it yesterday in decent-ish time (have to say – the traffic thru DC was ridiculous especially given that it was Saturday – I’ll never complain about Atlanta traffic again!). I was pretty whooped (I’m not as young as I was the last time I made this trip!) so only sort of unpacked the car – just enough to be able to go to bed. Will finish that today and get my “nest” made! Keep an eye on your FB notifications later this evening – I may hop on for a few minutes to give you a gander at my home-away-from-home for the next 5 – 6 weeks – if I can get it all together!
