My card is a Mother’s Day card (talk about outside the box) using a retiring Host Exclusive stamp set called Just Because – that I paired up with some new Woven Threads DSP and a fun textures image from the new Woven Heirlooms stamp set (the Woven Threads suite will be available on 4 Jun to customers!). My card for today uses the Four Seasons Sale-A-Bration Coordination Framelits and the Painted Seasons stamp set. Plus, the uber-gorgeous Painted Seasons DSP! Take a look-see:

I’ve got a pretty little note card for you today, that uses a new Host-Exclusive stamp set from the 2019 Occasions catalog, called Just Because. And you’ll be able to purchase it with Stampin’ Rewards starting on 3 Jan! Take a look-see:
The layout for this one is from this week’s FabFriday sketch challenge.
I started with some Festive Farmhouse DSP and embossed it in the Pinewood Planks Dynamic TIEF, then matted it on a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock for the card front.
I used the Leaf Punch to make some Vellum and Copper Foil Leaves, which I adhered to the card front with Liquid Glue.
On a piece of Very Vanilla card stock, I stamped the pretty image/sentiment (all one stamp!) from the Just Because Host-exclusive set (coming on 3 Jan 19) in Early Espresso Ink.
I colored the image with my Old Olive and Cajun Craze Watercolor Pencils.
I adhered the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat with Liquid Glue and popped it over the leaves with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the heart, I colored a new Heart Epoxy Droplet (in the Occasions catalog – available 3 Jan) with my Dark Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blend. The bow is a simple little number made of Linen Thread – which I adhered with a dab of Liquid Glue and the card front was done!
On the inside, I inked just the flower pot portion of the Just Because stamp in Crumb Cake ink, stamped it off THREE times and then stamped it in the middle of a Very Vanilla panel.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and into my Early Espresso card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!
My Very Vanilla Medium Envelope got another Just Because flower pot on the front – stamped in Early Espresso and colored with the Watercolor Pencils…
…and I added a little more Festive Farmhouse DSP to the envelope flap.
Et Voila! This Just Because Host stamp set is really wonderful, y’all! Hope you like!
