Stampin’ Up! True Gentleman Basket Weave

Mornin’!  Hope your weekend has started off well – and that you’re planning something fun!

My card for today is a pretty large departure from my usual style.  In that it’s not got a ton of layers, and embellishments.  No froof.

I was sort of thinking…masculine card – after I saw the color scheme at this week’s Color Throwdown.  So I pulled out some True Gentleman DSP and the Truly Tailored Bundle and put it all on top of a Basket Weave Dynamic TIEF embossed card front.  Take a look-see:

The layout – which is quite clean and simple – is courtesy of the FabFriday sketch challenge this week. Continue reading

Stampin’ Up! Lots of Springtime Petals Wreath

Well, hidey-ho, my peeps!!  Friday arrived quickly, thanks to the miracle of a Monday holiday!  Gotta love it!

I found out yesterday evening that a friend of mine had been in the hospital the past couple of days – with a flu-like illness (but not “the flu”!).  Fortunately, she (and her baby! 🙂 ) are fine and have been sent home.  But, since I’m not there to administer a hug in person, I thought I’d send her one in paper-and-ink!

So, I pulled together some of my favorite Springtime Foils Specialty DSP, a few leaves from Petals & More, and a couple of sweet sentiments from the Hanging Garden and Lots of Love stamp sets.  Take a look-see:

The inspiration for this card came from the photo in the Fusion challenge this week. Continue reading

Stampin’ Up! Z-Fold Snowy Carols of Christmas

Good morning, y’all – it’s Monday.

Again.

How in the world does the weekend fly by so darned fast?!?  Sigh…

If you were able to join me last night on my Facebook Live video – thanks so much!  I hope you enjoyed it.  If not, here’s a link to the video on YouTube!

The layout on the front panel was inspired by the sketch this week at the Fusion challenge blog!

The video shows you step-by-step how to make this card.  It starts with a Pool Party base, cut to 5 1/2″ x 10 3/4″ and scored and folded at 4 1/4″ and then at 3 1/4″ from that fold. One cool thing about this kind of card is that it fits inside a normal A2-sized envelope! 🙂

The large end panel – which is the same size as the inside of a regular A2 card – is stamped with the little sparkle image from Carols of Christmas in Pool Party ink and the flourish in Tranquil Tide.  I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to line the images up.

The sentiment, also from Carols of Christmas, is stamped in Tranquil Tide on a piece of Whisper White card stock, matted on Tranquil Tide and then Fast Fuse’d into the card on the center panel. Continue reading

Stampin’ Up! Basket Builder Bunch for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

15822762_10211923272945503_223384966683691578_n
Happy Thursday, y’all – and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that this is color week so our designs will be all over the place!  Which is a good thing and means the hop will be a lot of fun!  Hope you’ll spend a little time checking out all our projects today!

Here’s the colors we worked with:

I played along with the TGIF Challenge this week…

…and chose to CASE Charlet’s card:

And this one also played nicely with The Paper Players challenge!

I started with a piece of Whisper White card stock.  Using the Easter Egg images in the Basket Bunch stamp set, I stamped them all over the card – making sure to “recreate” the way the Falling Petals TIEF looked on Charlet’s card.  I made a bunch of little sticky note masks of the eggs, masking various images in order to create some depth!

I used both Mint Macaron and Calypso Coral to stamp the eggs, then I used the Stampin’ Write Markers to “decorate my Easter Eggs”!  Once they were all colored, I SNAILd the panel to a Calypso Coral mat.

For the art, I started by cutting two “wreaths” with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and adhered them to the panel with Liquid Glue.

I stamped three Easter Bunnies in Basic Black Archival Ink on Whisper White card stock and cut them all out with the matching die in the Basket Builder Framelits.  I colored their little bow ties with Mint Macaron and Calypso Coral markers, and then used the Blender Pen to color in their ears with Calypso Coral.  I adhered two directly to the Swirly Scribbles wreaths and then popped the third over the top with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

The grass is cut (twice!) with the die in the Basket Builder Thinlits from Mint Macaron card stock, then I adhered them together with a Stampin’ Dimensional between them and then I stuck this over the bunnies with Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped and colored more eggs from the Basket Bunch Stamp Set and then fussy cut them (they have dies in the Basket Builder Thinlits, but I didn’t want a white edge).  I rounded them lightly with a stylus and then used Liquid Glue to stick them in and amongst the grass.

The Basket Bunch sentiment is stamped in Calypso Coral on a strip of Whisper White and snipped into a banner.  I adhered it with a little Liquid Glue and then popped one more Easter Egg on the end with a Stampin’ Dimensional.  You can see in the picture above that I highlighted each egg with my White Gel Pen – I did that on the background eggs as well! 🙂

On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from Basket Bunch in Calypso Coral on Whisper White.  Then I added Mint Macaron grass across the bottom.

I SNAILd the panel to a Calypso Coral mat and into my Whisper White card base, then SNAILd the card front on – and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got more Mint Macaron Basket Bunch grass and a Basic Black Archival Ink bunny on the front…

… and I added more Basket Bunch eggs on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I think this one probably looks harder than it was – it’s a actually easy to put together and, if you like coloring Easter Eggs…this is your card!  Hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! Scribbly Reason for the Season!

14581538_10210966496106680_970194283279938380_n

Mornin’, y’all – welcome to another Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop. We’re doing a Theme Hop and today celebrates Winter Holidays! That kind of leaves things wide open, so I’m betting you’ll see all sorts of projects today. Do take the time to check them all out when you’re done here! 🙂

Even with all the possibility of “Winter Holiday” – I went pretty old school.  It might have been because on Sunday morning, we went and had breakfast at Cracker Barrel.  And they had the whole Country Store decorated for Christmas!  And boy do they do it up!  All the pretty things, all of which are right up my country-inclined-alley, made my vow to DE-clutter and DE-stuffify…..waiver dangerously!  Only Wayne, giving me the “you’ve got to be kidding me” eyeball, kept me from adding more stuff to my Christmas stash. 🙂

So, when I got home and started working on my card plan for today, I was definitely thinking “CHRISTMAS!”.  Making a Christmas card seemed like a much more “sane” option than putting up my Christmas tree!! 🙂  As a result, I pulled out some Reason for the Season, my Swirly Scribbles and Pretty Pine Thinlits, and a few more goodies to make this card.  Take a look-see:

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-4-stamps-n-lingers
I used a sketch design from Viva La Verve to help with the layout of this one.  This is their first sketch for October:

vlvoct2016-sketch
To start off, I embossed a panel of Whisper White card stock in the Holly TIEF and matted it on a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock.  Then I laid down two strips of Warmth & Cheer Designer Washi Tape.

The next layer is some Cherry Cobbler plaid paper from the Warmth & Cheer DSP stack, matted on Cherry Cobbler and SNAILd over the Washi Tape.

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-1-stamps-n-lingers
I cut two “wreath” shapes from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits – one in Basic Gray and one in Emerald Envy – then used Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue to adhere them to the card.  Next came a couple of pine boughs, from the Pretty Pines Thinlits, in Emerald Envy and two Cherry Cobbler berry die cuts.

I used the Reason for the Season stamp set for my sentiment, stamping it on a piece of Whisper White in Cherry Cobbler.  I cut the end with my Banner Triple Punch and matted it on Cherry Cobbler – which I’d also punched.  I adhered it with Liquid Glue.

The final piece of the puzzle is the poinsettia!  I cut a bunch of the smallest petals in the Festive Flower Builder Punch from Whisper White card stock.  These are the ones where there are two petals punched at the same time, so I cut them all apart.  Then I flicked all the edges with a Cherry Cobbler-inked sponge.  Using my stylus, I curled each petal.

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-8-stamps-n-lingers
I cut a small circle of Whisper White card stock with my 1/2″ Circle punch and then began adhering the petals to the circle with Liquid Glue.  I just kept adding and turning the flower until I got what you see in the picture above!

The center is also punched with the Festive Flower Builder Punch, from a scrap of Daffodil Delight card stock.  I cut two of them and adhered them with some Liquid Glue.  To finish it off, I added a Cherry Cobbler Enamel Shape.  And that was it for the card front.

On the inside, I repeated the Warmth & Cheer Designer Washi Tape running vertically up the long side of a Whisper White panel.

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-5-stamps-n-lingers
I SNAILd the panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat and into my Basic Gray card base.  I also SNAILd the card front on – the flower is plenty of dimension, all by itself!  And that was it for the card.

I kept it simple for the Whisper White Medium Envelope, running Warmth & Cheer Designer Washi Tape across the front…

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-6-stamps-n-lingers
…and adding some more of the Cherry Cobbler Warmth & Cheer DSP to the envelope flap.

scribbly-reason-for-the-season-7-stamps-n-lingers
Et Voila!  A poinsettia for Christmas.  I love how all the different elements came together, united by the colors in the Warmth & Cheer DSP.  Hope you like! 🙂

Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Banners Outdoor Adventure Cruise – and Blog Candy!

Good morning and happy World Card Making Day!  This is kind of “our” day, huh?  All over the world, crafters are crafting and makers are making.  And carding!  I hope you’ve got something fun planned – even if it’s just some time in your craft room making something pretty! 🙂

To help celebrate WCMD, I’m giving away some blog candy to help you make great cards!  Read on down to see how to enter!  You’ll also see some Stampin’ Up! celebrations starting today – plenty of details down below!

Today is also the start of the Stampin’ Up! year – 1 Oct 16 to 30 Sept 17.  In every year, demonstrators can earn an Incentive Trip.  The trip in 2017 is to Phuket, Thailand.  I’m too late to earn that one.  But!  The Incentive Trip in 2018 is a Cruise to Alaska!

I want to go on a Cruise.

I want to go to Alaska.

A cruise – to Alaska?  Yep.  Perfect!  So….my goal for 2017 is to earn that cruise!!  Everyone keep your fingers crossed that I can do the work and earn my way to a fun-filled Alaskan Cruise, okay?? 🙂

So – I made a card today that evokes that Alaskan Cruise.  I used some Outdoor Adventure die cuts, a touch of Swirly Scribbles, a bit of Serene Scenery DSP and a fun little sentiment from Thoughtful Banners.  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Home Sweet Home Tin of Tags

Mornin’ y’all!  We’re headed into the week when Fall arrives.  I know this because I have a huge hankerin’ for apple cider.  The kind in the refrigerator section – not in the shelves.  Or better – at an apple orchard somewhere in north Georgia!  The thick kind – that you can’t see thru.  So close to the apple that you almost have to chew it!

But you don’t.  Cuz of how it’s….liquid.  And if you boil it down to a thick syrup – you can make apple cider caramels.  Mmmmm.

Today (Sunday night), one of our neighbors apparently thinks it’s already October.  Cuz they’re burning leaves.  In the evening.  And the smoke is hanging thick in our pastures and around the barn.  And I’ve had to use my inhaler twice.  Hopefully our neighborly phone call to request that they extinguish said smoldering leaves will bear fruit (see how I made that connection?  apples?  fruit?) and she’ll douse it all the way.  And then hopefully the smoke will dissipate.  Please cross your fingers!

So, like I told you the other day, we had our Amy’s Inkin’ Krew meeting today.  I’m going to show you the fun projects we made, using the Sweet Home bundle, plus some Peaceful Pines, a little Tin of Tags, and….well.  Take a look-see:

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-4-stamps-n-lingers
Really – how cute are those?  The little house is a product of the Home Sweet Home Thinlits – the base is made in Crumb Cake and then we used Garden Green and Real Red for all the decorations.  This is a chock-a-block Thinlits set – it’s got 22 dies.  Everything you see has a die – with one exception.  The stripe-y strips are fussy cut.  We stamped them in Real Red on Whisper White and just quickly snipped them out.

Biggest tips for making the house: you cut two of the largest dies, and then adhere the two pieces together with convenient tabs.  You should cut out the windows and door before assembling the house, and it’s easier to decorate it before it’s put together, too.  Then use Tear & Tape Adhesive to assemble the house.

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-3-stamps-n-lingers
For the card, we used a piece of Soft Sky card stock, and stamped the snowy image from Christmas Pines all over it in Soft Sky ink, then SNAILd it to a Whisper White mat.

The sentiment is from Tin of Tags, and it’s heat embossed in White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I stuck one little Rhinestone Basic Jewel up there in the corner, just for ducks.

Now, the house.   Do you guys watch the show called Fixer Upper?  On it, an uber-talented couple in Waco, TX remodel homes for folks down there – taking the very worst houses and turning them into marvelous homes.  She uses shiplap a lot – and it’s wonderful.  With Crumb Cake ink, we added the “shiplap” image from the Sweet Home stamp set down a piece of Crumb Cake card stock.  Shiplap even looks good on a card stock house, huh?

Then we cut out one of the large Home Sweet Home die cuts and snipped out just the house portion.  Using the window die, we cut a window in the “eave” and a Whisper White window “frame”.

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-2-stamps-n-lingers
I adhered the frame to the house with some Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue, and then stuck a piece of So Saffron card stock behind it (to make the room appear lit up!).

The door is stamped in Real Red and cut with its matching die, then adhered with Liquid Glue.

We made the banner over the door by stamping the image from the Sweet Home stamp set in Real Red, and the banner image in Garden Green, and cutting it with its die.  See?  I told you there’s not a lot of fussy cutting required with this bundle!  The banner is adhered with Liquid Glue, as are the two stripe-y strips for the roof.  And I had a Garden Green gumdrop leftover from my house, so I stuck it up there in the peak of the roof!

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-5-stamps-n-lingers
The snow is a piece of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper, cut with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (is this not like the most versatile thinlit set ever?!?), and adhered to the bottom of the panel with a little Liquid Glue.  Then I popped the house over it all with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and that was it for the card front.

On the inside, I stamped some more Soft Sky snow from Christmas Pines across the top of a Whisper White panel.  The sentiment, from Peaceful Pines (Annual Catalog), is stamped in Real Red.

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-6-stamps-n-lingers
I SNAILd the panel into my Real Red card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and the card was done!

On the Whisper White Medium Envelope, I stamped more Soft Sky Christmas Pines snow across the front and the back flap…

home-sweet-home-tin-of-tags-7-stamps-n-lingers
aaaand you totally can’t see the Soft Sky snow on the envelope.  Sorry!  You’ll just have to take my word that they’re there.  You know I’m not going to be putting out any nekkid envelopes, people! 🙂

Et Voila – one giant bundle, plus a few sentiments here and there – and you’ve got a card and a darling little 3-D house!  What’s not to love?  Hope you like!

Scroll on down for the card cuts and all the goodies you need to make this one for yourself!

Stampin’ Up! Textured Basket of Wishes!

Good morning, y’all – happy Sunday!  Today’s going to be fun – we’ve got our Amy’s Inkin’ Krew “business” meeting!  I put it in quotes, cuz – while we do take care of some business, we also eat our lunch and make a few projects.  And it’s really fun to get to be with some of our fellow demonstrators who are lucky enough to be in Amy Koenders’ downline!  I’m always glad when I get to be home when the “in person” meetings are being held!

Wayne made it safely home, a smidge before I got the house as “done” as I’d planned, but…it’s all good!  Good to have him back in the house – even if there’s the usual adjustment period.  Dinner on a schedule, sharing the remote, socks on the coffee table.  Not the ones with his feet in them – the ones he takes off at the end of the day!  It’s his version of dropping his underwear on the floor – which he doesn’t do! LOL.  But, as I said, it’s good to have him home!  I know his mom is missing having him there with her in the rehab center. 🙁

My card for today is a bit of an homage to Fall – cuz I know it’s going to get here soon!  Weather folks on tv say Wednesday.

So…you know that’s gonna happen, right? 😉

I used the pretty Basket of Wishes stamp set from the Holiday catalog and one of my favorite texture sets – Touches of Texture – from the Annual Catalog.  Take a look-see:

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-4-stamps-n-lingers
This one plays along with two challenges.  The first is the Viva La Verve sketch challenge – the second challenge for September:

vlvsep2016-sketch
And I also used a Photo Week challenge from Just Us Girls.  Challenge #362:

jugs-362-sketch
I started with a piece of Crumb Cake card stock, which I tore all around the edges.  Then I used the big splattering of tiny dots image from Touches of Texture, stamping it all over in Crumb Cake ink.  Sometimes full strength and sometimes stamping a second time without re-inking.  Then I added the flower image, all over (leaving a blank spot for my sentiment) in Delightful Dijon.

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-1-stamps-n-lingers
I cut a piece of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon – the same length as the card – and used some Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue to adhere it to the panel.

The sentiment, from Basket of Wishes, I stamped in the corner in Early Espresso.

For my art, I matted a small piece of Serene Scenery DSP to a Delightful Dijon mat and popped it over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut two pieces with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits – one in Crumb Cake and one in Cajun Craze.  To give them some texture, I used the same dots image from Touches of Texture and stamped all over the die cuts in Early Espresso ink.  Then I used Liquid Glue to adhere them to the card.

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-2-stamps-n-lingers
The focal art is from Basket of Wishes.  I stamped the basket in Crumb Cake ink on Very Vanilla, then added the flower bunch in Soft Suede.  I colored the image with my Clear Wink of Stella brush – using Soft Suede on the basket, and Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip, Cajun Craze, and Old Olive on the flowers.  Then I cut it out using a die from the Circles Layering Framelits.

I got the bright idea to make the circle look a little like a sunflower.  So…I punched a flower with my Flower Medallion Punch from a piece of Delightful Dijon.  Then I made some stitches all around the edge of the flower with my Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker.

I added the circle with some Liquid Glue – and then it seemed like a good idea to add some stitches to that as well, so I did!

The final touch – see him up there? – is a little buzz-bee from the….Jar of Love stamp set!  I stamped him with Early Espresso ink on some Vellum card stock, adding some Crushed Curry to his body with my marker and cut him with his little die in the Everyday Jars Framelit set.  Then I used my Fine-Tip Glue Pen to add him to the basket – and the card front was done!

It’s mounted a little differently than usual – I SNAILd a panel of Delightful Dijon to my Crumb Cake card base – then I popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-3-stamps-n-lingers
On the inside, I tore the edges of another piece of Crumb Cake card stock.  Then I stamped around the edges with the Touches of Texture in Crumb Cake.  In the middle, I stamped the flower image, in Delightful Dijon – stamping off twice before I stamped the card.

Then I SNAILd it to a Delightful Dijon mat and into my Crumb Cake card base.  And that was it!

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-5-stamps-n-lingers
On my Crumb Cake Medium Envelope, I stamped more of the Touches of Texture flower in Delightful Dijon on the front…

textures-and-basket-of-wishes-6-stamps-n-lingers
…and then I borrowed an idea from my friend and downline Beth Hooper (check her card out here!), and added the little flower image from Basket of Wishes to the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This one has a lot going on, but I think it works!  I love Touches of Texture for all the possibilities it gives you.  And, of course, Basket of Wishes is just flat beautiful! Hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! Holly Berry Bells Christmas!

Happy Hawmp Day, y’all!  Hope your week – which is almost practically nearly over – is going well!  Mine is…going.  That’s about all I can say about it!

Before we commence – do any of you watch Sunday Morning on CBS?  We like the stories they run.  This last Sunday, there was a story about a goose.

A Canadian goose.

Named Kyle.

Only Kyle is a she… how do they know that, do you suppose?!? Professional goose sex-er? Is that a thing?

Anywho – Kyle was found as a gosling in Lake Oswego, near Portland, OR.  She’d been abandoned by her mama and was struggling in the water – about to drown or be run over by a boat.  This guy saves her, thinking he’ll keep her and let her grow up enough to be able to make it on her own and then she’ll leave and go do goose stuff.

Only she apparently didn’t get, or read, the memo!  She thinks her “dad” is the bee’s knees.  And won’t leave.

He drives his boat up and down the lake and she flies after him and lands IN HIS BOAT!  And then rides there, enjoying the breeze.

Or, she’ll fly alongside him, kinda racing him. As part of her regular exercise routine – she’s nothing if not heart-healthy.

She always wins, getting ahead of him and then throttling back just enough to touchdown in the bow of his ski boat.

I am jealous beyond reason! 🙂

I want a goose who loves me.  I don’t know why I do, but I danged sure do.

She goes into town with him.  Crosses the street and waits while he shops.

Yea.  I’m jealous.

Danged Duck Duck….

Okay.  That’s all I’m saying about Kyle-the-Faithful.  Just makes me pine for Duck-Duck-the-Deserter. So, now we’re going to talk cards!

This week I used the new Holly Berry Happiness and the Holly Berry Builder punch, along with the Seasonal Bells and the Bell Punch.  And a few little extras, to make a Christmas card for you today.  Take a look-see:

holly-berry-bells-4-stamps-n-lingers
I got my design from the RetroSketches challenge #231:

rs-231-sketch
I began the card by SNAILing a piece of Fancy Frost Specialty DSP to a Cherry Cobbler mat.  To make the bottom half of the card front, I used a piece of Presents & Pinecones DSP that I cut with the die from the Christmas Stockings Thinlits.  I SNAILd the remainder of the DSP to the Fancy Frost panel.  Then I used some Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue to adhere the actual die cut right above that panel and wrapped a piece of Emerald Envy 3/8″ Silky Taffeta Ribbon around the panel, concealing the “seam”.

holly-berry-bells-2-stamps-n-lingers
I SNAILd the entire thing to an Emerald Envy mat, and moved on to the art.

I cut a wreath shape from Cherry Cobbler card stock with my Swirly Scribbles Framelits and adhered it with Liquid Glue to the card front.  The bells are from Seasonal Bells, stamped in Versamark on Whisper White and heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Then I punched them out with the Bell Punch (this is bundle-able with Seasonal Bells!).  I used Liquid Glue to adhere them over the Swirly Scribbles die cut.

I stamped a couple of holly leaves from the Holly Berry Happiness set – the outline in Emerald Envy and the “fill” in Mint Macaron – on Whisper White and punched them with the Holly Builder Punch.  The berries are stamped in Cherry Cobbler on Cherry Cobbler card stock, and also punched out.  I used Liquid Glue to add them to the bells.  Finally, I tied a double-strand bow with Gold Baker’s Twine – capturing a Christmas Trinket embellishment in the bow – and adhered it with a Glue Dot.

holly-berry-bells-8-stamps-n-lingers
On the inside, I repeated the layering of Whisper White on Cherry Cobbler and Emerald Envy card stock mats.  Then I stamped the Holly Berry Happiness images in Emerald Envy and Mint Macaron.  For the berries, I stamped the outline image in Cherry Cobbler and the fill with stamped-off-once Cherry Cobbler.

holly-berry-bells-5-stamps-n-lingers
I added the pretty sentiment in Cherry Cobbler and SNAILd the panel into my Whisper White card base.  I also SNAILd the card front on and the card was done!

My Whisper White Medium Envelope got the Holly Berry Happiness holly and berries image on the front…

holly-berry-bells-6-stamps-n-lingers
…and a custom envelope flap cover with more Presents & Pinecones DSP.

holly-berry-bells-7-stamps-n-lingers
Et Voila!  A little of this (Christmas Stocking Thinlits), a little of that (the Seasonal Bells bundle) and some of this that or the other (the Holly Berry Happiness Bundle) – and you have a beautiful Christmas card.  Easy peasy! Hope you like! 🙂

Stampin’ Up! Be Jolly, By Golly Peace on Earth

Good morning – hope you all had a great three-day weekend.  Gotta love starting the week on a Tuesday!  It’s already almost Hawwmp Day! 🙂

I used a stamp set today that I hadn’t played with yet – and it made short work of this pretty card.  Be Jolly, By Golly is a multi-purpose Christmas season stamp set – with stars and ornaments and several sentiments.  I combined Peace on Earth with a little Swirly Scribbles, added some Fancy Frost Specialty DSP, and this is what I came up with.  Take a look-see:
