Stampin’ Up! Lasting Lily and Botanical Butterflies Sneak Peek

Happy Saturday, my peeps!  Did y’all brave the elements – and the crazy crowds! – to hit the Black Friday sales?  I sure didn’t!  We stay pretty hunkered down on Black Friday – I hate the traffic and Wayne has zero tolerance for them (cars or people!).  So…we stay home and shop the old fashioned way.

Online! LOL!

You guys did a little Online Extravaganza shopping yesterday, I saw!  Yeah!  There’s still today left for the Paper & Embellishments sale and then we’ll segue over into two days of Phase 2: Stamps & Kits!  Then there’s two more days after THAT (Tools & Ink)!  And – of course, thru the whole event, I’m offering Double Peppermints.  So…it’s a most wonderful time….of the YEAAAAAAR!

Now – on a slightly different tack, my card for today features some new goodies that will be available starting on 3 Jan 19 with the Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs!  Lasting Lily is a wonderful 16-stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration flyer – that you’ll be able to pick up for free with a $100 purchase!  And I tapped into the wonderful Hold on to Hope stamp set and Cross of Hope Framelits from the Annual Catalog.  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Hold on to Hope Happy Birthday for Stamp Ink Paper #144

Mornin’, my peeps!  Hope the week is moving along nicely for you!  I realized last night that OnStage is THIS weekend!  I don’t know when I thought 7 Apr was, but…apparently it’s THIS weekend!  And Brian King’s Spring Stamping Event is the day before that!! Yikes – I went from rolling smoothly along to behind-as-I-can-be! 😉  But it’s all good – cuz…it’s going to be AWESOME!!  And, I’m going to get my first peek at the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog! Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-HOOOOO!!!

But – I’m getting ahead of myself!  Today, being Tuesday, is all about the new Stamp Ink Paper challenge.  We’ve got a theme this week – Happy Birthday!

I decided to showcase the versatility of the Hold On To Hope stamp set, so I combined it with the wonderful Happy Birthday Thinlit and a little Sheet Music.  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Hold on to The Cross of Hope for Easter!

Happy Easter, y’all!  Rejoice in the miracle of this day!

So – bad news first. 🙁  I’m not going to be doing a FB Live video tonight – sorry!  I’m cooking today and going to our friends’ for dinner, so…it’s just not in the cards.  And – I suspect y’all have plans of your own! So – we’ll make a date and meet again next Sunday!

The good news is that I have a whole card – with instructions! – to share with you right now! No sneak peek! 🙂

I felt that an Easter card was called for, so I went to my Hold On To Hope bundle – which includes the Cross of Hope Framelits.  I added in some leaves from the wonderful Petals & More Framelits and a pretty little sentiment from You’re Inspiring.  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Hold On To Hope Thoughts & Prayers

It’s Monday, y’all!  I’ve got but one thing to say about that.  Bleh.

I repeat.  Bleh.

And that’s all on that subject.

If you were able to join me last night for my Facebook Live video, thanks so much for spending part of your weekend with me!  If not, but would like to see how to make this card, here’s the YouTube replay!

I needed a sympathy card this week – my husband’s Granny died last Monday.  She pretty much raised him, so it was a blow.  She was 98 – so it wasn’t a shock.  She was ready to go home.  I thought that the beautiful Hold On To Hope stamp set and the bundled Cross of Hope Framelits were a perfect choice, especially when combined with a sentiment from the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set.  Take a look-see:

Most of the “how” to do this one is in the video, so be sure to check it out! 🙂 Continue reading
