Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! We’ve got a fun Theme challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table – I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
When I saw our theme – it was a no brainer for me to pull out the Hello Harvest stamp set and its bundled Rustic Pumpkin Die set. Then I added some Rustic Harvest DSP to make a quick and easy Fall card! Take a look-see:
Good morning and happy Sunday, y’all! Have you done anything fun this weekend? We bought some mini blinds.
Yes – the glamour is real! 😉
My card today is a subliminal plea for cooler weather, I think! I mean – I’m ready to start complaining about being cold!! I used the pretty Harvest Hellostamp set – with the cool Rustic Pumpkin Dies (get these as a bundle with the stamp set and save yourself 10%!). Check it out!
Good morning and welcome back to the work week! I wish I could say that we’re back in the swing of it all but… we sort of aren’t! It’s taking us a second to re-adjust to the routine. We may or may not have spent yesterday watching the latest James Bond movie. Which got exactly…NOTHING done! 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Although I DID manage to make a pot of pinto beans with the ham we brought home from my Mom’s! So…there’s that!
Today. TODAY is the day we really get back to it – I’m just sure of it!
I did manage to get off my hindquarters and make a card for you – I used one of my new goodies from the Jul – Dec 2022 Mini Catalog (coming in less than 2 weeks on 1 July!!) that had been waiting for me to get home to it, and was one of the ones I was especially excited about! It’s the Hello Harvest Bundleand coordinating Rustic Hello DSP. And you know how I feel about embossing folders so it should come as no surprise that I pulled out the new Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder! Take a look-see:
Good morning and happy Sunday! Half way thru the weekend already – it’s that darned time-warp thing again!
We had a nice time at the shower – and it was awfully good to see the kids again – we’d seen Chris and Courtney (the soon-to-be-new parents) at the gender reveal, but…I think it’s been a year since we’d seen Matt and Katelyn. Hopefully it won’t be that long this time! 🤷♀️
If you were able to join me last night for my Facebook Live video, I appreciate you spending part of your weekend with me! If not, but you’d like to see how to make this collage card, here ’tis on YouTube!
Happy Happy Hawwwmp Day! Wow – the week is flying by again! Hope yours is going well!
My card today is a simple one – some die cuts – courtesy of the Detailed Pumpkins Dies – with some help from the bundled Pretty Pumpkins stamp set and some pretty Harvest Meadow DSP. Take a look-see:
Happy Thanksgiving!! Hope you’re getting ready to have a great day – and have your stretchy pants on! 😉
Being that it’s Thursday – it’s ALSO time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!! We’ve got a sketch challenge, today – and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table! I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
I decided to be a little obvious today – with a thankful theme with Fall elements. Yep – I had to think LOOONG and hard for that one! 🙂 This revolutionary idea gave me free rein to pull out one of my favorite sets – the Gather Together stamp set and bundled Gathered Leaves dies. A little Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP brought it all together! Take a look-see:
Hey y’all – it’s Sunday, which means I’ve got another fun challenge for you from the Paper Players – Jaydee’s got a cool sketch challenge for us this week. It’s a good one – that I know will give your creative mojo a bump! So I hope you’ll come and play along with us!
If you were able to join me yesterday for my Facebook Live video, I appreciate you spending some of your weekend with me! If you weren’t able to watch the live version, but you’d like to see the replay on YouTube…here ’tis!
Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop! Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Give Thanks! We can interpret that any way we want – so…be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!
I decided to go a little straight-down-the-highway and pulled out one of my faves – the Gather Together stamp set and splendiferous Gathered Leaves dies! Then, cuz I could! – I used some wunnermus Plaid Tidings DSP! Take a look-see:
Hey y’all – it’s Sunday, which means I’ve got another fun challenge for you from the Paper Players – Ann has a wonderful color challenge – perfect for this time of year! 🙂 It’s a fun one – and one that I know will give your creative mojo a bump! So I hope you’ll come and play along with us!
If you were able to join me yesterday for my Facebook Live video, I appreciate you spending some of your weekend with me! If you weren’t able to watch the live version, but you’d like to see the replay on YouTube…here ’tis!
Morning, y’all! Happy Tuesday. I’m not going to tell you about my Monday – the morning in particular – cuz…you’ll decide I’m cray cray and unfollow me! Let’s just say that Monday started at 5:30 when I set off the alarm in the house even as I stared at the big sign that’s been on the door for three weeks that says “STOP – disarm alarm before opening door” and…it was for sure Monday all the rest of the day! So…I am very happy that this is NOT Monday!
I thought I’d give you a peek at the latest Paper Pumpkin kit – since the deadline for signing up for the October Joy To The World kit is fast approaching!
The September kit – called Hello Pumpkin – was a Treat kit. Everything you need to create 20 treat crackers – decorated for Fall, Thanksgiving or Halloween!
Like every Paper Pumpkin kit, it has an exclusive stamp set – the 11-stamp Hello Pumpkin set – and an ink Spot – this one is in Cajun Craze!
And – it also provided all the pieces and parts you’ll need for your treat crackers – including all sorts of cool die-cut flowers, vines, witch hats, pumpkins, doilies and sentiment labels!
Now – we live down a very long – and dark! – driveway. And we have a gate at the end. So….in the umpty-billion years we’ve lived here we’ve not had one single solitary trick-or-treater. Not-a-one. And parties aren’t really a thing for us. If that sounds sort of like you – and treat crackers aren’t really up your alley – let me show you some alternate ideas!
These used one of the scalloped rectangle dies from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut the centers out of the treat boxes to then adhere onto Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes card bases.
The sentiments are stamped onto the die cut banners and adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and the adhesives included in the kit!
A little die cut pumpkin from the kit finished the inside of each card, too.
It made 12 note cards – with plenty of leftovers to make even more!
Here are a couple more alternate project ideas from the clever minds of Stampin’ Up!
Now – just in case you do need Treat Crackers – this is a fun way to make a bunch! Here’s the quick video showing you how to put them together as planned! 🙂
