Good morning, y’all!  Hope your week has gone well and that you’re ready for the weekend.

If you were in Hurricane Michael’s path, my thoughts and prayers are with you – I hope that you were spared as much as possible.

In that vein, Stampin’ Up! alerted us yesterday to a statement issued by UPS:

Because of severe conditions caused by Hurricane Michael, UPS is temporarily putting a halt on pickups and deliveries in parts of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. To see if your area will be affected, visit the service alert page on the UPS website and enter your ZIP code into the search field.

We regret any inconvenience this situation may cause, but the safety of UPS employees comes first. If you (or anyone you know) live in an affected area, please stay safe and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Rest assured that UPS will ensure all shipments reach their final destination as quickly as conditions permit.

For those of you who expressed concern about our place on the south side of Atlanta, Wayne told me that we didn’t even get much rain or wind, so we’re fine.  Thank you all so much for worrying about us!
