Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table – I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I had a fun set waiting for me to ink it up and I decided this was the day! I created a card using the fun little Best Delivery stamp set that would be a great birthday card for anyone – or…change up the inside sentiment to make a Valentine’s card! Stampin’ Up! Happy & Heartfelt Ladybug-Turned-Bumblebee Fold Back Pop-Up Fun Fold with Video Tutorial

Good morning and happy happy Friday! Whatcha got planned for the weekend? We’re planning a trip to the Costco/Sam’s – they’re right across the street from each other so it always seems silly to go to one and not the other! I’m out of lettuce AND cauliflower rice so…that’s a borderline emergency here.

Who’m I kidding?!? It’s a STRAIGHT UP Emergency! 😳😳😳😳 So…go we will!

I first saw this fold on the Splitcoast Stampers site – there was a good video by Robyn Rasset, which I watched to get the gist of the fold. Then…I took off and used my fave new paper (no – I am sure you could NOT guess which one!) – the Daffodil Afternoon DSP (which has the not-insignificant advantage of being FREE during Sale-A-Bration!!) and the Ladybug Builder Punch. To make a bumble bee! 🥰 Then I added a Happy& Heartfelt sentiment on the inside. Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Honeybee Home on a Daffodil Afternoon

Good morning and happy Plan for Vacation Day. Yep – that’s a real thing! So – I urge you to close your eyes and spend 5 minutes thinking of your next vacay. Is it a tropical island? A cruise? Disney World? My dream vacation…Two weeks at Disney World (at one of the big resorts – not the Motel 6. Just wanted that to be clear). Followed by a cruise thru the Hawaiian islands (preferably departing Florida and getting to the islands via an around-the-world sail. Delay a couple of weeks in Ireland. Yep – I’ll be gone for like…6 months! 😂😂😂😂 Hey – this is my dream! Go big or go home, right??

Since I haven’t booked any of that (and probably won’t unless the lottery drops in my lap! 🤷‍♀️) let’s do a card instead, huh? I pulled out my fave paper – the FREE (with a $50 purchase thru the end of February!) Daffodil Afternoon DSP – and added a little bit of fun from the Honeybee Home stamp set. Take a look-see:

Good morning and welcome to half-way-thru-the-weekend! Our day yesterday was chilly (says Capt Understatement) but sunny! We STILL spent most of the day inside. And that included the Finn – although he did “help” his dad run some things up to the mailbox in the van. Any chance for a ride works for Finny – even if it’s just to the gate and back! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Stampin’ Up! Grassy Grove for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I flipped our sketch because I really had a hankering to use the Grassy Grove Bundle – that big frame die has been calling my name (and I “saw” it as the front of the card as soon as I saw our sketch!). I put it atop some wintry New Horizons 6″ x 6″ DSP and added a Special Moments sentiment to make a pretty (or handsome – it would work equally well for a guy!) birthday card! Take a look-see:
