I used a few of the elements in the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle plus a bit of Natural Touch Specialty Paper on today’s card – along with some sentiments, image and DSP from the Hydrangea Hill suite! Take a look-see:

My card for today uses the Hydrangea Haven Bundle and coordinating Hydrangea Hill DSP (conveniently available in Bundle #4!) to make a thank you card. Take a look-see:
The layout for this one comes from this week’s Fab Friday challenge.
I started with a piece of Purple Posy card stock for the card base. On the front, in Highland Heather ink, I stamped one of the Hydrangea Haven flower outline images all over the front. Then I used the matching fill image in stamped-off-once Highland Heather. In between the flowers, I stamped the Hydrangea Haven thank you sentiment in Misty Moonlight.
I used the largest rectangle die in the Stitched So Sweetly die set to cut two pieces of Hydrangea Hill DSP. I adhered the bottom panel with Liquid Glue and the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I cut a third design from Hydrangea Hill DSP with the next-to-smallest rectangle die from Stitched So Sweetly and adhered it with Liquid Glue.
I adhered a Gold Hoop with a Glue Dot (under the right side – where it would be hidden by the sentiment). Then I used a Glue Dot to adhere a bow that I’d tied with two pieces of Misty Moonlight/Silver Baker’s Twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack.
I stamped the Hydrangea Haven sentiment in Misty Moonlight on Basic White and cut it with the die in the Hydrangea Dies. Then I used double stacks of Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop it over the bow.
I added a few Seaside Spray Pastel Pearls and the card front was done.
On the inside, I stamped a second Hydrangea Haven sentiment in Misty Moonlight onto a Basic White panel. In the corner, I added the flower in Highland Heather and stamped-off-once Highland Heather. I also inked part of a stem from the Hydrangea Haven set in Mossy Meadow – stamped it off once – and added it. Then I added the outline leaves in Mossy Meadow – and the fills in stamped-off-once Mossy Meadow.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Seaside Spray mat and into the card base and the card was done!
My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Hydrangea Haven flower, stem and leaves on the front…
…and more of the Hydrangea Hill DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Is this bundle not wonderful?? It’s amazing even if you DON’T make the gorgeous die cut flower like I did on this card!
And there is little doubt but that the Hydrangea Hill DSP is….STUNNING!! 🙂

Finn has a skill.
Okay – he’s got a few skills, but this one…
If I didn’t know for sure that there are NO mirrors at his height – I’d say he practiced this in front of one every day until he got it down to a science.
It’s called…Fun With Paws. Or…how to get cute without looking like you’re even trying.
We see this behavior when he goes to bed at night – and sometimes just when he goes into the kennel during the day.
He walks in – flops in the far corner and – instantly arranges his paws to be totally adorable.

Good morning and happy Friday! Another busy week has flown by – I DID finally start baking – yeah me! – so…SOME gifts will go out soon. I fear I’m going to have to GO TO A STORE – cuz….boy have I messed up the whole buy online thing! I’m still waiting for an order to arrive that was slated to come last Monday, so…. 🙄

There seems to be a spike in the need for sympathy cards right now, so…that’s what I did with this one. I started with a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set (from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog) and brought in some new goodies. The Heal Your Heartand A Touch of Ink stamp sets – available on 5 Jan 2021! Take a look-see:
I started with a piece of the Hydrangea Hill DSP – the striped Highland Heather design – and stamped all over it with the flower image in the A Touch of Ink stamp set. I stamped the flowers in stamped-off-once Highland Heather to get a more subtle tone-on-tone look.
Then I matted the panel on Seaside Spray for the card front.
I cut another piece of the Hydrangea Hill DSP and a piece of Whisper White to 2″ x 4 3/8″. I punched the tops of both strips with the Delightful Tag Topper Punch – and rounded the bottom corners with the corner-rounder on the Detailed Trio Punch.
I created the “mat” look by cutting the Whisper White tag in half length-wise and then adhering each side to the back of the DSP strip with Liquid Glue – leaving a little white border.
Then I popped the matted tag onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I trimmed a Square Vellum Doily down a bit with my Paper Snips and adhered it to the tag with Liquid Glue.
On a piece of Whisper White, I stamped the sentiment from Peaceful Momentsin Gorgeous Grape ink and cut it out with a Tasteful Labels die. Then I adhered it to the tag with Liquid Glue.
On another piece of Whisper White, I stamped the hummingbird outline from A Touch of Ink in Seaside Spray ink. To color him, I inked the fill stamp in Seaside Spray – stamped it off once on scrap paper – and stamped it over the image. Then I fussy cut the little bird.
I used Stampin’ Dimensionals and Liquid Glue to adhere him – then I brushed him all over with my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
I tied a bow with some new Gorgeous Grape 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon (available 5 Jan 21) and added it at the top of the tag with a Glue Dot.
A Seaside Spray pearl from the new Pastel Pearls (coming on 5 Jan 2021) on the sentiment tag finished off the card front.
On the inside, I stamped a sentiment – one of my favorites! – from the Heal Your Heart set in Gorgeous Grape on a Whisper White panel. Over that, in stamped-off-TWICE Highland Heather – I stamped the A Touch of Ink flower that I’d used on the front of the card.
I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Seaside Spray mat and into my Gorgeous Grape card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!
My Whisper White Medium Envelope got the A Touch of Ink flower on the front in full strength Highland Heather ink….
…and more of the Hydrangea Hill DSP on the envelope flap.
Et Voila! Love that both the A Touch of Ink AND Heal Your Heart stamp sets will be available for FREE in the 2021 Sale-A-Bration Flyer! They’re both wonderful!
And the Hydrangea Hill DSP is just….stunning!

WHISPER WHITE CARDSTOCK IS RETIRING!
Stampin’ Up! posted this update late in the day on Thursday.
Whisper White has been a Stampin’ Up! staple for so long. We love it and we know you love it, too. We are sad to announce that the supplier’s mill producing our Whisper White cardstock has permanently closed due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much notice on this closure. This means that the technology unique to this particular supplier is now unavailable to us and we can no longer offer our Whisper White cardstock and related products, such as Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes. Please note that this won’t affect any of our other cardstocks, this only affects Whisper White.
We know Whisper White has a huge fan base; we’re big fans, too! And we are crushed that it’s going away. Even though this decision was out of our hands, rest assured that we jumped right into action to find the best replacement paper possible. We have dedicated many hours to source and test alternative cardstock options from several suppliers to find the perfect fit that still maintains the Stampin’ Up! quality you know and trust. We are happy to share that we have found a winner for our new cardstock, Basic White!
The quality of our new Basic White was thoroughly tested by our quality assurance and product teams. It also tested very well with demonstrators and concept artists who gave it a huge thumbs up. We believe in the quality of the new Basic White cardstock and we know it will become your new crafting staple!
What does this mean for you?
With Whisper White going out of production, this means a number of Whisper White products will be affected. Below is a list of all products that will be replaced with our new Basic White cardstock. These items are now available while supplies last with an order limit of 2 per item per order.
Our new Basic White products will become available to purchase as soon as we have them in stock. This means that some Whisper White and Basic White products may be available at the same time. Additionally, due to the nature of sourcing, some Basic White products may not be available before the Whisper White products sell out. Please know that we are working on getting these products available to you as fast as possible.

My Jan – Jun 2021 Mini Catalog Shares are now open!
A catalog share gives you a chance to try a sample of all the new products in the catalog – and then you can see what you love and go back and purchase full packs of those goodies!
You’ll get to try a little bit of the beautiful new Designer Series Papers, specialty papers, cards & envelopes, and treat boxes, plus fun embellishments with one of my Catalog Shares! I’ll place our Shares order first jump out of the box on 5 Jan 21 and use expedited shipping so I get it back fast! Then I’ll get it all cut up, packaged and out the door quick as I can – as early in the week of the 11th as I can manage!

Finn Fan Fix
So – the other day, I pulled some homemade Sourdough Pancakes out of the freezer and re-heated them in the toaster oven for Wayne. I made about one-too-many but I figured if he didn’t finish them – I could have a bite or two of pancake. With a little warm real maple syrup.
Seemed like a fine plan.
He sat down to eat and I worked on my morning blog posting routine.
Soon, as expected, he started to say he had too much food.
I musta been a little slow on the uptake – cuz before I could say….”I’ll eat them”…..
