Good morning and happy Friday-before-a-three-day weekend! That’s right – Monday is a holiday! Yeah! Hopefully YOU have it off and can do something fun with family and friends!
Yesterday I pulled a stamp set off my shelf that you may have missed in the Jan – Apr 2023 Mini Catalog. It’s called Spring Blessings and it is VERY sweet! And it gets even sweeter on a cool Corner Tuck Fun Fold card anchored by the wunnermus Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP. Take a look-see:
Good morning, y’all! It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a great sketch challenge to work with and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table – I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!
I pulled out the cool – and super summery! – Sweet Citrus Bundle for this one – and paired it with some Night of Navy paper from the Regency Park 6″ x 6″ DSP. Take a look-see:
Good morning and happy happy Hawmmmp Day to you all! Hope your week is going well! Yesterday was one of those “gotcha!” days – you know the ones. About 70 – doors open, windows open. Spent some time in the garden (in shirt sleeves!) – pruned the hydrangeas, cut down dead plants, found all the seed starting trays (ordered some more!), etc. You know – SPRING cleaning! It was lovely but…I don’t trust it! I’ll probably have to be back in covers and a watch cap by the end of the week! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
My card today, though, reflects that Spring feel! I’ve used the pretty – and new (SO new, in fact, that only DEMONSTRATORS can get it yet!) Hello Irresistible 6″ x 6″ DSP – and it’s gorgeous! I paired it with the Framed Florets stamp set and bundled dies. Take a look-see:
Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop! Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is “Birthday”! We can interpret that any way we want – so…be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!
So – I don’t really have folks in my family or immediate circle who are motorcycle peeps, but…I think the Legendary Ride bundle is pretty fun – and perfect for masculine cards! I added some paper from the coordinating Ready to Ride DSP and took it in a little more feminine direction. Take a look-see!
Good morning, y’all! I’m writing this while watching the Super Bowl (so – since I want to watch the game AND the commercials! – it’s taking longer than usual! 😂). I’m rooting for KC – go big or go Mahomes! – so…hopefully I’ll be all happy when you read this! I do have say that the Eagles are..sort of kicking Chief-hiney and taking names, right now! Jalen Hurts is a hoss! But it’s only half-time so there’s lots of game left!
The card I have for you today features the gorgeous Marigold Moments bundle and a little Rain or Shine DSP! It’s super pretty and super quick to put together, too! Take a look-see:
Good morning, y’all! I’m working on this post on Saturday afternoon, with sourdough chocolate chip and pecan banana muffins in the oven, listening to the rain (the precursor to the expected rain/snow “event” overnight) and drinking a cup of coffee. Finn is sound asleep on the floor – and Wayne is out doing…Wayne stuff!…in the shop! So – not a half-bad way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon! 🙂
The card I have for you today – that I made last night on my YouTube video (check out the link down below!) is one of my favorite fun folds – the Book Fold – transformed into my SECOND fave fold – the easel. The result is a Book Fold Corner Easel – and this one is festooned with fun Graceful Tiles images and gorgeous Abigail Rose DSP. Take a look-see:
Happy Monday, y’all! As predicted – it arrived on schedule! So…all’s right with the world for the moment!
But – there’s something about today’s card that might shift YOUR world a little! Will you be able to guess it?!? Read on!
The card in question is a clean and simple little number that went together quick as a bunny – thanks in no small part to the gorgeous (and FREE during Sale-A-Bration!!) Dainty Flowers DSP! A quick sentiment from the Dainty Delight stamp set – and an embellishment or two – and I was done! Take a look-see:
Good morning, my friends – and happy Sunday! Hope your weekend is going well! Wayne’s been working out in the shop. I’ve been working in the house. Finn’s been working in the….well. Never mind. He’s been mostly napping! 😂
My card today is a fun fold – sort of? You can decide for yourself. It features the pretty Country Floral Lane DSP and the coordinating Country Bouquet stamp set for a sweet Valentine’s Day card. Take a look-see:
Happy weekend, y’all! I hope wherever you are that you’re staying warm! We’re sort of drying out – and hoping that we’ll get a few days without rain!
Finn mostly hopes it stays colder-than-Mom-likes cuz…that’s HIS bestest thing! And – he doesn’t mind the rain at all! 🤷♀️🤷♀️
I’ll be on my Stamps-N-Lingers YouTube channel with y’all tonight at 7pm Eastern – with a pretty card that’s quite timely for this time of year and showcases some beautiful DSP! Here’s a sneaky peek!
UPDATE on FRIDAY, 3 Feb 23: So….apparently, when I was adding the PDF tutorial last night – I somehow managed to delete 90% of the post instructions! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I have no idea how – and JUST realized it! Open the PDF (the link is actually right in the MIDDLE of the post 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️) and all the directions for making this card are right there – just without…all my extraordinarily witty commentary! 😉 Sorry, guys!! 🙁
Good morning and happy…Friday! I’m a little off my days this week – Miss Sonya cleaned yesterday (thank goodness!) instead of today so…I spent all day yesterday thinking it was FRIDAY! But it wasn’t. 🤷♀️
When we went to Maui, we did some snorkeling, which was wonderful! Wayne and Lance, though, ALSO went S.C.U.B.A. diving and saw some sea turtles – the pictures were pretty awesome (but..I wish I hadn’t been so claustrophobic in the mask/tank thingy and could have gone, too!). And I know I’ve been pretty reticent about my love of Maui…or..not. So – the Sea Turtle set, when it was released in the Jan-Apr 2023 Mini, caught my eye right away! I pulled it out today and found a couple of good sentiments in the Happy Labels stamp set to go with! Take a look-see:
