Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Bouquet Tranquil Thoughts for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all!  It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!!  We’ve got a sketch challenge to work with today and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table!  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I had a hankering to play with the soon-to-be-available Butterfly Bouquet bundle and gorgeous Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ DSP (coming to you on 2 March!), so that’s what I reached for.  I added a couple sentiments from Tranquil Thoughts and some leaves using its bundled Tranquil Dies (all available now).  Take a look-see:

Stampin’ Up! Many Messages and Lots of Heart Card

Good morning, y’all!  Are you hunkering down under the weight of snow and ice and bitter cold??  If so, I hope you’ve got power and water and heat.  And chocolate – chocolate is a pretty awesome winter-storm-survival food.

Yesterday, while a few of us were chatting and crafting on my Monday Zoom the Craftroom, I put together a pretty non-Mary kind of card.  In that…it’s not got a ton of layers.  And not a bow in sight!  But…I like how it turned out – and I think it would be a great card for a man!  It used a sentiment from my handy Many Messages bundle and a few Lots of Heart bundle hearts.  Take a look-see:

The layout and elements were inspired by the FUSION challenge this week.  The sketch side and, to some extent, the photo side! 🙂

I started with some light wood paper from the In Good Taste DSP and matted it on Mossy Meadow for the card front.

I took a second piece of the In Good Taste and made a banner with it using my Banner Triple Punch.

Using two of the heart dies in the Many Hearts die set (bundled with Lots of Heart), I cut a Mossy Meadow and a Gray Granite heart.  This pattern is one of the new 2021-2022 Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack – and you can get it for FREE when you join Stampin’ Up! before the end of Sale-A-Bration on 28 Feb.  And it’ll bring 160 of its friends (translation: you’ll get 200 SHEETS of new-design DSP!!).

I adhered the two hearts to the card front with Liquid Glue.

For the sentiment, I used the Many Messages stamp to stamp all those wonderful sentiments in Bumble Bee on Basic White and then cut them with the single big die in the bundled Messages Die.  Full disclosure:  I had this sentiment – and a bunch of others! – in my little tackle box from stamping and cutting them for a previous card!

I popped my sentiment onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, added a Bumble Bee 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dot, and the card front was done.

Yep – done.  Set.  The.  Card.  Front.  Down!

On the inside, I inked the plaid heart from Lots of Heart in Mossy Meadow and stamped it in the corner of a Basic White panel.  I added a sentiment from Lots of Heart in Bumble Bee.  And another Bumble Bee enamel dot, too!

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and into my Bumble Bee card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the plaid Lots of Heart heart on the front in Mossy Meadow…

…and more of the In Good Taste DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Simple.  Hardly any layers (easy to mail – you’re welcome!).  Not my normal card style by any stretch.  But…I really like how it turned out!  The two sets – Lots of Heart and Many Messages go together perfectly, don’t you think??

And don’t forget – there’s only 12 days left in Sale-A-Bration!  Which means…in THIRTEEN days….no more free 200 sheets of new DSP (that’s a $59 value – on top of the awesome Starter Kit goodness!) for joining the team!  Be sure to pull the trigger and get in on the great deal before it’s gone.  I’d love to have you on my team! 🙂

Stampin’ Up Snailed It Happy Mail

Happy President’s Day, y’all!  Hope you’ve got the day off and have something enjoyable planned!  Like – maybe you’ll decide to make a card to send to a friend.  Well – tomorrow.  No mail today! 🙂

You might want to send a little happy mail and the card I’ve got for you today would be a great one to make!  It uses the sweet Snailed It bundle with the Snail Dies and the Snail Mail DSP!  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week.

And the envelopes elements are from this week’s CASology Cue Card.

I started with a Real Red panel that I embossed in the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered to the front of my Real Red card base with Liquid Glue.

Next, I matted to pieces of Snail Mail DSP to Bermuda Bay panels and adhered them at jaunty angles with Liquid Glue.

Using the envelope die in the Snail Dies set, I cut two Basic White and one Bermuda Bay pieces.   I folded up the white envelopes, “sealing” them with a Glue Dot.  With the Bermuda Bay piece, I left the top flap up.

On a piece of Basic White, I stamped the Snailed It sentiment in Bermuda Bay and cut it with the little stitched rectangle in the Snail Dies.

I slid the little “note” into the Bermuda Bay envelope and stuck it in place with a little Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered the two white envelopes to the card front with Liquid Glue.

I used the little heart dies in the Snail Dies to cut Real Red hearts – and adhered one to each of the envelopes with Liquid Glue.

I used some Stampin’ Dimensionals to stick the Bermuda Bay envelope over top of the white ones.

I added a few red Resin Hearts to the card front and it was done

On the inside, I added a word bubble from Snailed It in Bermuda Bay to a Basic White panel.  I adhered a Real Red die cut heart to the inside.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Bermuda Bay mat and into my Real Red card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got another image from Snailed It on the front.  I used my Stamparatus and inked the image with my Bermuda Bay and Real Red Stampin’ Write Markers.

…and a little more of the Snail Mail DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I love the Snailed It stamp set and the fun little envelope die in the bundled Snail Dies is way too cute!!  It all comes together with the Snail Mail DSP to create all manner of adorable cards!

I hope you like!

If you’d like to recreate this card, all the products and card cuts are listed below!

Stampin’ Up! Welcoming Window Flower Box Birthday Card with Video Tutorial

Good morning and happy Friday!  Again.  Time she be a flying, huh?  Hard to believe how quickly it’s passing.  Sale-A-Bration is almost over (as is the Joining Special going on – you can the deets on that down below).  My Sticky Sweet Adhesive Ordering Special is flying by – don’t miss out!  And winter is…still here.  But – as I told my bestest friend the other day – it’ll be summer before you can blink!

And – with summer comes…flowers!! If you were able to join me for my YouTube live yesterday, I appreciate you spending part of your day with me – and you saw plenty of flowers!  If not, here’s the replay!

I pulled out my Welcoming Window stamp set and bundled Window Flower Box Dies to make this pretty scene – all decked out for SpringI  The Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder helped me create a “stucco wall” and some True Love DSP gave me a floral foundation on which to build!  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one was inspired by this week’s Sunday Stamps sketch challenge.

And the color palette is from the Color Throwdown challenge.

I started with a piece – my FAVE design! – of the True Love DSP that I matted on Poppy Parade for the card front.  Then I embossed a smaller panel of Basic White in the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder, matted it on Poppy Parade and adhered it to the card front with Liquid Glue.

On another piece of Basic White, I stamped one of the floral images from Welcoming Window four times in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I used the coordinating flower stamp and stamped two of them in Poppy Parade and two in Flirty Flamingo.  Then I cut them out with the die in the Window Flower Box Die set.  I also stamped a pitcher from the set – in Flirty Flamingo and cut it out with its die.

Using the window frame, shutters and window box dies in the set, I cut Basic Black pieces.

To create the window element, I cut a small piece of Basic White (sized to fit behind the window frame) and adhered the pitcher and one of the Poppy Parade flower die cuts to it.  I trimmed the excess with my Paper Snips, then popped the window frame on top with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals (that I’d cut down to be quite narrow strips!).

I adhered the window box die cut near the bottom of the embossed front panel with Liquid Glue – then added the window and shutters.  Finally, I used Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere three of the flower die cuts.

I stamped a sentiment from Welcoming Window in Poppy Parade on a narrow strip of Basic White, snipped some banner ends and popped it over the flower box with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card front was done!

On the inside, I stamped a second sentiment from Welcoming Window in Poppy Parade on a Basic White Panel.  Then I added the little corner image in Tuxedo Black and the pitcher and flowers in Flirty Flamingo, Tuxedo Black and Poppy Parade.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Poppy Parade mat and into my Basic Black card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the pitcher and flowers – plus the little corner image! – on the front…

…and more of the pretty True Love DSP on the envelope flap.

Et voila!  How much fun is this Welcoming Window stamp set and bundled Window Flower Box Dies?  I can think of so many ways to use all the wonderful dies and stamped images to create cards for any occasion, can’t you??  And I love it in this color palette – with the True Love DSP lending a beautiful floral background!

I hope you like!

Finn Fan Fix

So – I mentioned on my video yesterday that I was taking Katy to the vet right after for her pain medicine shot.  That’s really getting to be a frequent occurrence – like…every couple of weeks.  That, coupled with her 1 pound weight loss between the last visit and yesterday is…worrisome.  I feel the shoe getting ready to drop, y’all. 🙁  We’re going to keep doing what we can do to get food in her (we’ve got a pill to give her every 3 days to bump her appetite – I KNOW she will love that so much) and keep her comfortable.  But time is passing too quickly, I fear.

Anywho – sorry.  Her brother heard that there was a trip afoot AND that it was to his doctor (whom he LOVELOVELOVES).  So – he gave me the lips and persuaded me that he REALLYREALLYREALLYDIDWANTTORIDEWITH!  Even after I explained that he’d have to wait in the car with me. 😉

So – off we went.

HE loves to ride (a well-established factoid).  Katy, on the other hand, most assuredly DOESNOT!  And makes that painfully and annoyingly obvious by screaming her unhappiness at the top of her lungs all the way there and again all the way back.

I figure Finn must be bilingual – cuz he sure appeared to be able to follow her message.

But…it DOES confuse him.  Mom?  What the heck is wrong with her.  WE’REINTHECARANDIT’SAWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME!!!

HE was the one who wasn’t happy when the tech came out TWICE and he didn’t get to go in AT ALL!

Total bait-and-switch!  😉

Stampin’ Up! Tranquil Thoughts for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all!  It’s Thursday – which means it’s time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!!  We’ve got a color challenge to work with today and I’m excited to see what everyone brings to the table!  I just know you’re going to see a ton of awesome-ness on the hop today!

I thought that the colors we had to choose from – we got five and were to pick at least 3! – would be a perfect opportunity to show off the pretty Tranquil Thoughts bundle.  So..that’s what I did!  Take a look-see:

And – here’s our challenge badge – you can see I picked Seaside Spray, Misty Moonlight and Highland Heather.

And I borrowed some inspiration for the layout from the sketch challenge from CAS Colours & Sketches.

I started with a piece of Seaside Spray paper from the 2019-2021 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP that I matted on Highland Heather cardstock for the card front.

Next, I cut a smaller Basic White panel.  Using my Blending Brushes, I first blended Seaside Spray ink around the edges – letting it come in to the center, but leaving it mostly open.  Then I followed up with some Highland Heather blending.

In the middle of the panel, I stamped a Tranquil Thoughts sentiment in Highland Heather.  Then I adhered the panel to the card front with Liquid Glue.

Using the big die in the Tranquil Die set, I cut two of the cuts in Misty Moonlight.  I stacked them together with Liquid Glue – then popped them over the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Tip:  don’t be shy with the dimensionals – use them generously, and cut some little pieces to support the smaller leaves. 😉

I looped some Misty Moonlight/Silver twine (from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack) into a loose figure-8 and adhered it to the card front with Glue Dots.

I had a blue butterfly (squint yer eyes, I’m pretty sure it’s Misty Moonlight.  And…some other color pretty darned close!!) in my bowl of dies cuts.  This is cut from some of the Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ DSP cut with the big die in the Brilliant Wings Dies.  These are both coming on 2 March!  He was just calling me – so…on he went with a little Liquid Glue.

I used my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush on the wings of the butterfly – and around the edges of the big die cut – like a shadow on the card front.  Finally, I added some Opal Rounds and the card front was done!

On the inside, I used several of the leaves images in Tranquil Thoughts in Misty Moonlight and Seaside Spray around the edges of a Basic White panel.  Then I brushed Seaside Spray and Highland Heather around the panel with Blending Brushes.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Highland Heather mat and into my Misty Moonlight card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got more of the Tranquil Thoughts leaves on the front…

…and more of the Seaside Spray 2019-2021 In Color 6″ x 6″ DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I know – you probably figured I’d use Rococo Rose and Old Olive with this set.  But…I really like how it looks in these colors, don’t you?  Tranquil Thoughts has some really pretty sentiments – love the fonts and the words! – and the die cuts in the bundled Tranquil Dies are wunnermus!  The possibilities are endless with this bundle!!

I hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! Always in My Lots of Heart Anniversary Card

Happy Happy Hawwmp day, y’all!  We’re having a Spring-snap, which makes me want to plant seeds and be in the garden!  We’re planning a new perennial (asparagus and strawberries) bed so we’ve got to get started on that sooner than later.  And the weather outside is not-at-all frightful, in fact it’s just delightful!  So…perhaps we’ll make some headway on that today!

My card for today is a pretty little number from the Always in My Heart and Lots of Heart Bundles.  It’s a perfect anniversary card!  Take a look-see:

The layout and some of the elements of this card were inspired by the challenge over at Inspired By.

And the color palette is from the TGIF Challenge this week.

And all of it came together perfectly to work for The Paper Players theme challenge!

I started with some Smoky Slate paper from the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP and matted it on Petal Pink cardstock for the card front.

Using Stampin Seal, I adhered some Petal Pink 5/8″ Organdy Striped Ribbon in three loops.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere a Vellum Square Doily (I turned it up so it was a diamond, not a square!).

Using the large die in the Many Hearts Dies set, I cut a large white heart and adhered it over the top of the ribbon with Liquid Glue.

Using my Stamparatus, I stamped the plaid heart from Lots of Heart in Real Red on a piece of Smoky Slate – then I cut it out with another die in the Many Hearts Dies.

I adhered the plaid heart with Liquid Glue.

Using the large die in the Floral Heart Dies, I cut a Basic White heart.  I set the outer floral cut aside for another card and popped the center heart cut-out onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On another piece of Basic White, I stamped the Always in My Heart sentiment in Real Red.  Then I cut it with the cool banner die in the Floral Heart Die set.  I folded the ends using the score lines that the die put in for me and then used Liquid Glue on the ends to adhere it.  I added a single Stampin’ Dimensional under the middle of the banner to support it over the other heart.

I added some Champagne Rhinestone Jewels and the card front was done.

On the inside, I added a second Always in My Heart sentiment in Real Red to a Basic White panel.  Up the  left side, I added the line of hearts using a sweet little image from Always in My Heart.  I stamped it first in Petal Pink and then a second time in Smoky Slate.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Petal Pink mat and into my Smoky Slate card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Always in My Heart hearts up the front of the left side…

…and more of the Smoky Slate Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  These two bundles – Always in My Heart with the Floral Heart Dies and the Lots of Heart with the Many Hearts Dies – are a perfect complement to each other, don’t you think?  Anniversary, Valentine’s, I-love-you-cuz-it’s-Wednesday.  Make them all!

I hope you like!

Stampin’ Up! Prettiest Birthday for the Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning, y’all – welcome to another edition of Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month our theme is Birthdays!  We can interpret that any way we want – so…be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a bunch of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

I decided it was time to ink up a pretty set called…Prettiest Birthday and use the matching Pretty Birthday dies to create a birthday dessert-apalooza!  And – since birthdays seem to demand ice cream with the cake, I used a little Ice Cream Corner DSP.  Take a look-see:

The layout I chose is from the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge.  I turned the sketch on its side…

I started with a piece of Basic White cardstock and, using the banner stamp in the Prettiest Birthday set, stamped it five times in Cinnamon Cider. I colored the banners using my Rococo Rose, Blushing Bride, Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron and Bumble Bee Stampin’ Write Markers.  Then I matted the panel on a piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock.

Next up, I use my Stitched Rectangle dies to cut two equal-size pieces of Ice Cream Corner DSP and adhered them to the side of the card with Liquid Glie.

I cut a Rococo Rose circle with a Stitched Shapes Die and added it with Liquid Glue.

On Basic White, I stamped the cake, plate of macarons and flower arrangement images from Prettiest Birthday in Cinnamon Cider.  Then I cut them all with their matching dies in the Happiest Birthday die set.

I colored the images using the Rococo Rose, Blushing Bride, Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron and Bumble Bee Stampin’ Write Markers.

The sentiment, from Prettiest Birthday, is stamped in Rococo Rose on a strip of Basic White, with a banner end.

I adhered the flower arrangement and then the plate of macarons onto the card front with Liquid Glue.  Then I used a Glue Dot to add a bow tied with two lengths of white twine from the Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack.  I popped the sentiment on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added the cake with DOUBLE-STACKED dimensionals.

On the inside, I added a second sentiment from Prettiest Birthday in Cinnamon Cider to a Basic White panel.  Then I added more of the banners in Cinnamon Cider, coloring them as I’d done on the front.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat and into my Rococo Rose card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got more Prettiest Birthday banners on the front…

…and a little more Ice Cream Corner DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  I love how the Prettiest Birthday set and its bundled Happiest Birthday dies are a whole party-in-a-stamp-bundle!  All you need to add is some Ice Cream Corner DSP!

I hope you like!

If you’d like to recreate this card, all the products and card cuts are listed below!

Now that you’ve seen my card, I hope you’ll take a little time to jump thru all the other projects we have to share. Click any name below, or you can use the Previous Blog button to jump back to Amy’s page or the Next Blog button to see what Jaimie’s been up to!

Stampin’ Up! Baby Shark Frenzy

Good morning!  Happy Monday!

So – did you watch the game last night?  Do you watch for the game or…the commercials?  You don’t watch?  There was a game last night?!?

As I type this post – they’re just about half way thru the second quarter.  I’ve thrown my hat in with the Bucs – not gonna lie – I like Tom Brady.  He’s one heckuva QVB and his longevity is pretty amazing.  He’s not unpleasant to look at either! 😉  And – watching him and Gronk back together again…a well-oiled machine!  Also – the commercials were really good!!  If you watched – did you have a fave?  So far it’s between the Bud Lemons and the Rocket Mortgage “pretty sure” commercials!  But there’s a lot of commercial left to play! 😉

But – on to the card!  I pulled out the fun Shark Frenzy bundle for this one – and I added in a little Seabed embossing and Sand & Sea DSP.  Take a look-see:

The layout for this one is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week.

And I also borrowed some inspiration from the Festive Friday challenge list.  I’ve got blue, silver, water, sentiment, and acetate! 😉

I started by popping a piece of Sand & Sea DSP onto a Smoky Slate mat with Stampin’ Dimensionals for the card front.

Next, I cut a smaller panel of Basic White and cut a Stitched Shapes Die circle from the middle – near the top.  Then I embossed it in the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder. Using Seal +, I adhered a square of Window Sheet to the back of the panel.

Using the Shark Dies – bundled with the Shark Frenzy stamp set – I cut some pieces and parts for my underwater scene.   I cut several fish – using the die that cuts three at a time – from Rainbow Glimmer Paper.  There are two grasses dies in the set and I cut two of each from Vellum cardstock.  I also cut some solid Seaside Spray “bubbles”.

I adhered some of the fish, the “bubbles” and two of the grasses to the card front with Liquid Glue – making sure they would be behind the “window” in the embossed white panel.  Then I popped the panel onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the baby shark from Shark Frenzy in Smoky Slate on a piece of Basic White, then used the matching fill image in Seaside Spray.  Then I cut him with the coordinating die in the Shark Dies.  I also cut some more “bubbles” – using a second bubbles die in the set –  from Silver Foil.

On a strip of Basic White, I stamped the two sentiment words in Seaside Spray (I used my Seaside Spray Stampin’ Write Marker to add the dot dot dot) and snipped a banner end.

I adhered the Silver “bubbles” and the sentiment to the card front with Liquid Glue.  I added the second two grasses so that they extend over the window and adhered a few remaining fish right onto the acetate window – which gives my sea scene some depth.

Not twenty thousand leagues or anything, but…a little depth!!

I popped the shark on with Stampin’ Dimensionals, added a few silver Metallic Pearls, and the card front was done.

On the inside, I added a second Shark Frenzy sentiment and the little baby shark on a Basic White panel.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Smoky Slate mat and into my Seaside Spray card base, adhered the card front with Liquid Glue and the card was done.

My Basic White Medium Envelope got baby Shark Frenzy on the front…

…and a little more of the Sand & Sea DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  Okay – I know you’ve now got the Baby Shark song in you head.  You’re welcome!  I think this is the cutest little set – with fun sentiments for cards FROM kids TO their parents – or for new babies/showers or…!

I hope you like!

If you’d like to recreate this card, all the products and card cuts are listed below!

P.S.  So…it takes a minute to do a blog post when you’re watching the game AND the commercials!  As a result – I’ve now seen enough to commercials to know that the Rocket Mortgage ones are going to end up being one of my faves!  Check them out – I KNOW they’ll be on YouTube! 🙂

Stampin’ Up! Love You Always in My Heart Fun Fold with Video Tutorial

Good morning!  It’s Sunday so..that heralds the half-way point of your weekend.  And – not for nuthin’ – it’s Super Bowl Sunday!  If you’re one of the lucky spectators – I heard there are going to be 25,000 human people.  And…30,000 cardboard “people”.  For which human people were given the chance to pay – yes PAY!! – $100 for the “honor” of having your face – or your kid’s face – or…your dog’s face – “attend” the Super Bowl.

Seriously?!? 😳😳😳  That just does not pass my sniff-test.

Caveat – if YOU were one who paid $100 to “be” there then I think that’s awesome – no offense meant – and I hope “you” enjoy the experience. 😉

So – I’ve got a fun-fold for you today (for FREE! 😉 ) – that’s just in time for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day and I showed you how to make it last night on my Facebook live video.  If you were able to spend some of your weekend with me, I appreciate it!  If not, here’s the replay on YouTube!

I love a good fun fold and I especially love it if it’s EASY – which this one totally is!  I used the pretty Love You Always Specialty DSP and the gorgeous Love You Always stamp set with the bundled Floral Heart Dies to make it gorgeous.  Take a look-see:

The colors on this one are from this week’s Global Design Project challenge.

Just Us Girls had a timely Word Week challenge, too!

I think it also fits well with the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.

I started by cutting two pieces of Rococo Rose cardstock to create the two “cards” that make-up the whole fun fold card. Card 1 is the “base” and then card 2 is the smaller cardbase that is adhered to the large back panel of card 1.

I matted a large piece of Love You Always Specialty DSP – in Rococo Rose – on Sahara Sand and adhered it to the back panel of card 1.  I cut and matted a smaller piece for the left small panel of the first card.

For the smaller card – I matted another piece of the Love You Always Specialty DSP on Sahara Sand and adhered it to the front of the card.

From a piece of Sahara Sand Love You Always Foil, I cut the large heart die from the Floral Heart Dies.  I adhered it to the front of the small card with Liquid Glue.

Then I used the small flower die in the Floral Heart Dies (it cuts three detailed flowers at a time!) to cut some flowers in Blushing Bride and Rococo Rose.  These are adhered to the foil heart image with Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from Always in My Heart in Rococo Rose on a piece of Basic White and cut it with the same large die in the Always Die set.  Then I popped the heart onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tied two lengths of white twine from the Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack into a bow and adhered it with a Glue Dot.  Then I added a few Opal Rounds and that was it for the card front.

I stamped a second sentiment from Always in My Heart in Rococo Rose onto a Basic White panel.  Then I stamped two flowers from the set in Rococo Rose and filled them using the fill image – in stamped off once Blushing Bride.

I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Sahara Sand mat and into the smaller card base.  Then I used Liquid Glue to adhere that card into the larger card #1 – making sure it was centered on the large back panel.  And the card was done!

My Basic White Medium Envelope got the Always in My Heart flowers on the front…

…and more of the Love You Always Specialty DSP on the envelope flap.

Et Voila!  This super-easy fun fold is great for showcasing our gorgeous papers like the Love You Always Specialty DSP – and the perfectly sized front of the smaller card is just right for the big, bold Floral Heart Die cut!  The bundled Always in My Heart stamp set covers the gamut from love to friendship – Valentine’s to Anniversary! 🙂

I hope you like!
